  1. So counter attack, play it out to Kristiansen, who tanks it out of play with an attempted cross.
  2. This lot couldn’t keep a clean sheet if they had constipation.
  3. Why has that been allowed into the box. We are a hot mess, we really are.
  4. 1-0 down already FFS
  5. Kristiansen is absolutely doggo
  6. WE’VE GOT A CORNER!!! WE HAD A SHOT!!
  7. More people at the stadium than I thought.
  8. I use to go with my dad. it was dirt cheap and a good laugh. The carling stand was always half empty though.

  11. We desperately need to adapt and go for this. We’ve gone past the point of being desperate for points. This is panic stations. Hermansen Ricardo Vestergaard Ndidi Justin Winks El Khannous Mavididi Buonanotte Daka Vardy At this point, I’d just play on the counter attack and look to actually score a bloody goal. The side looks unbalanced but they’re the players that are technically (slightly) better. If we can keep the friggin round shaped thing, we might keep it out of the net. I’d put Faes, Coady, Kristiansen, Ayew, Reid and Skipp in the bin now if I could. However they’ll be on the subs bench to make no impact when they come on.
  12. Okay, latest update before tomorrows game! Ou current maximum points total could be 41 points. Sk we can no longer catch: 1. Liverpool 2. Arsenal 3. Forest 4. Chelsea 5. Manchester City 6. Newcastle 7. Brighton 8. Fulham 9. Aston Villa 10. Bournemouth 11. Crystal Palace If (when) we lose tomorrow night, we can add Brentford as team number 12.
  13. Also whilst I’m still here …. Most PL defeats in a season is 29. We can equal this. Most consecutive PL defeats in one season is 15. We can equal this. We just need to not lose 1 game before the end of the season and stop adding to these terrible records.
  14. Apparently no team has lost 8 home games in a row and not scored in football league history. Up steps Leicester ….

Russia is still exporting, albeit not directly I’d imagine.
  16. To add though, I think they’ll go for Rohl.
  17. Spurs are a comedy club though. They’ve had serial winners in Conte and Mourinho and still flopped! Sacking Jose before the final Was bizarre though. Anges record everywhere else has been decent. If he went, he’d be worth a look. He isn’t for everyone as he’s very much got that “Australian” stereotypically bloke about him, however he’s more engaging that most reason head coaches we’ve had.
  18. I don’t see the hype for the Switch 2 now? It’s entering a market where the performance of the hardware itself is still going to be inferior to PC, XBox and PlayStation. As a console it is essentially a glorified phone tablet isn’t it? My daughter rarely uses hers, preferring the iPad or PS5 for gaming. Mario Kart repackaged for the umpteenth time at £60+ isn’t appetising for me Zelda though …… if they release another breath of the wild …. I’m buying it for that
  19. We are perceived to be now, however they’ve got a similar sized stadium and won the Premier league in 94/95, runners up 93/94 and were one of the older most elite clubs. They’ve won the FA Cup six times historically. However they’re in an odd catchment area that must only have 150,000 inhabitants total I’d imagine. They’re also in close proximity to Burnley. Venkys have destroyed them and they’ve become a Championship / League 1 club.
  20. After the disaster of yesterday and not getting it. Wordle 1,386 3/6 🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

So the penguins get taxed but Russia doesn’t?
  22. This is why I buy things made of bricks. It’s not as volatile.
  23. Exactly. Pearson built a back room setup that was the foundation for everything that followed.
  24. I think the wheels has already started to fall off under Vichai to a degree. Puel steadied that ship and put in solid foundations for us to go again. We captured lightning in a bottle with the Premier league win. That squad was incredible but we saw the following season we struggled with losing Kante, Hugh getting injured etc We never really know what goes on behind the scenes. We have seen from subsequent head coaches now the call for a refresh of players. We’ve laboured ourselves with such a financial burden player wise, with them being overpaid and is owing millions more than they’re worth, that we can’t get rid of them until the expire and leave. We’ve basically been trying to swim with concrete shoes on for years. That started in the Vichai era, as we’ve looked after players quite well. Matty James is a great example of that. Football is a ruthless business and the most successful teams have always operated like that. I know it’ll annoy people, however you can see why teams like Chelsea don’t give long contracts to players that are 30+. Whilst Vardy isn’t costing us £££££s in a transfer fee, if his wages are the rumour £140k per week, that’s £7.2m per year. If our turnover is around £170m for this year due to being in the Premier League, he’s literally costing us 4% of our turnover for a player that should in reality only be playing cameos. Don’t even get me started on the farce of the Skipp and Edouard deals! As they’re mind boggling. This is why we have no head room due to PSR, we don’t make enough money to be at the top table. Then what we do have, we make stupid decisions with. It’s like having £1000 income per month, driving around in a Lamborghini, then wondering why you can’t afford to drive anywhere. I just think Top has largely lost interest as he’s preoccupied elsewhere for now. King Power as a business is expanding in Thailand. He’s spinning bigger plates now than just us. You can see in the King Power 2025 Town Hall from a few weeks ago, he’s actually having to do some work! https://www.linkedin.com/posts/kingpower_kingpower-lifeatkingpower-thepowerofpossibilities-activity-7308412004690509828-Pf2A?utm_medium=ios_app&rcm=ACoAAAO9gVYBJO4NHmgIVMEqZr9w2iwMPYxu5Ek&utm_source=social_share_send&utm_campaign=copy_link RVN will likely go at the end of the season. Reality is, why waste more money if he has a break clause for nothing in his contract to go for £0 if relegated. The thing if they sell Leicester, it’s their biggest marketing tool. Even the Championship is watched my millions of people, so the brand will still be visible globally. Maybe that’s all we are to them now!
  25. I agree. This isn’t something new for us, or many football clubs. Shock horror that a person has a family and support network and doesn’t want to leave that to live nearer to a place or work, that they might only be in for a short period of time. Couple this with the birth of a recent first child and any parent will tell you that having someone at home to support is massive. If they’ve also based this on him being from Hemel Hempstead which is 90 miles-ish from Seagrave. …… that’s a 2 hour drive tops. Loads of people commute that every day. A decent motor with some nice massage chairs and you’ll be fine. A can only assumed he’s got caught up at LFE getting off the M1 and been late. RVN has choose to alienate one of the few people on our squad that can actually retain and pass a football. Just so we can watch a double pivot of Soumare and Ndidi. Like you say; the fallout at PSV makes a lot of sense.
