Easy to blame the manager after the event and let the players off the hook in what was a pretty laboured game overall. If they had been on it in the 1st half and we’d gone 3 up then there was a very good chance we see Evans. We are very fragile and had we gone 1:2 I’m not sure it would have been as comfortable as some are making out. I’m calm it’s annoying because it breeds through the team, how many errors in that half due to a lack of urgency, players dallying around with the ball thinking they have more time than they do, how many lazy passes been made? We come off there at HT thinking game won, they get an early go we know us and it’ll end up being harder than the walkabout they are currently producing. It shouldn’t matter the opposition we playing against, we should be on our toes from minute 1 we are not good enough to think we can slow the pace to walking it around an opposition. 🤷‍♂️
