If still here for saturday he needs to revert to a back 3 with that 3 being CBs not makeshift using Aluka & Thomas & not going with the 4 & inverted FB into midfield. We need stability at the back & quickly so Souttar, Kanga, O'Hora need to come in, settle & understand each other. He had his best spell at Swansea playing a back 3/5 & he reverted to it with Southampton also when they started to leak goals which looked to derail the promotion season, so he does use it, even he must see something has to change.

He also prefers to play out from the back with short passes …. I think most will be surprised how many managers rely on this play, as my other post eludes to.

Out of interest if you and I were talking about 1 of the people you know & were alone in a room and we didn’t use the correct pronouns isn’t it just like if a tree fell in a forest but no one saw it, did it really fall, & then if not who would be offended? I get in Bella’s situation she will no doubt watch this back so will see any slips intentional or not but in everyday life I don’t see a situation when that person is directly engaged as ‘they’ or are they 🤷‍♂️ I would never say she for instance when directly talking to a female colleague it will always be her name or would it be used instead of ‘you’ so if I asked “Mandy are ‘you’ going to the pub” would I actually say “Mandy are ‘they’ going to the pub? Because then what if I was asking Mandy if ‘they’ ‘a group of people’ were going to the pub & not her/they 🤪 Interested for my own understanding really not trying to make a deal of it, forewarned is forearmed as they say. Its just a comp for U21s to have a go at some of the more seasoned pros from further down the league pyramid and our line up is doing just that. Do you not find that watching Richard Armitage is like watching Richard Armitage in every single film/series that he’s done as it’s almost the same character, 1 minute he’s the dwarf king then he’s some psycho husband but it’s done in the same style unlike say Stevie Graham even with his scouse accent. Maybe it is has a lot to do with Richard’s accent / delivery (he’s 1 of us so where did he get that accent from) it’s fine for when he started in stage acting but for me it needs to bend as I end up not believing him especially if he’s meant to be playing a “goodie” & no not 1 of those 3 idjuts, you know what I mean?

Yep fits with what I saw/heard with regards to Passmoor he is a U12s parent manager at best, hearing sentences “like hoof it there you go now chase it ..” as an instruction for Dennis just beggars belief Draper will be picked up by a WSL club I have no doubt, he’s given her 54 mins in the loss to London but that was in a midfield role and a deeper midfield role at that but then had Pelgander a DM in the advanced 8/10 position behind Pritchard a LW 🤦‍♂️ He is utter clueless & his selections and formations prove this as they are different week to week, I get injuries but this isn’t him trying to find his best team available this is just chucking counters at a board and seeing where they stick. Take out the cup came to a WSL team we have conceded 8 goals to 1 in 3 games against teams that finished mid-bottom half of the WSL2 last season. It’s making me angrier than the men’s team tbh

Only watched about 20 mins but they were proper shite not sure I saw 2 passes let alone 3 played between us, everything is knocked long and chase despite not having anyone who can outrun an opponent. Passmoor needs binning asap but not sure we have the players for a promotion. I know a lot of injuries but only 3 subs used, surely Draper could have got 15-20 mins upfront this time.

I really hope James A does get through tonight and if filming had to be stopped a few times would that suggest he does? Not knowing production timelines obviously but Ep1 was spread over 2 days where he really wasn’t put through anything he wouldn’t normally of been able to handle, I know social anxiety etc will manifest in its own way but he wasn’t under any pressure in those shown recorded days…..so could that mean he survived and went onto be a traitor where he was then having to deal with more pressure which could have led to the stoppages? I’m clinging on to that as hope, because he could make good telly. If he doesn’t I think the 3 traitors & their quest will be quite boring as they will just be methodical in the way they go about ridding the faithfuls.
