  1. He’s given up. He doesn’t care. Won’t make a difference if we sack him though. The players and board care less.
  2. Ban anyone clapping that.
  3. Yes, it was always kicking the can down the road, plus we would have had some expensive legal bills to pay.
  4. I did the same and then started wondering whether it would be the worst idea in the world into the end of the season. I was all for Ranieri coming back during our last relegation season, as it would have at least lifted the clouds and created some positivity (plus he's a firefighter, as proven by his two spells at Roma since). Mind you, at this stage, I'd take Shaquille O'Neal.
  5. It's such a fallacy that Dyche has to play his style because of the budgets he has worked under. At Burnley Kompany got them playing Pep-style football almost instantly and Moyes has got Everton scoring and looking dangerous going forward. It's not a straight choice between Pep/Maresca possession football and Sean Dyche deep, defensive set piece football. There is plenty of nuance in between and it's within that nuance that lives styles of player that may suit us in the Championship AND the Premier League if we go back up.
  6. Dyche might have kept us up with 4 or 5 signings, but even then I think his style would have been hated by most of the squad and most of the fans. He’d be in a hiding to nothing. If we are going down, which we are, we do not need Sean Dyche. We need to rebuild, not paper over cracks.
  7. Most of the blame lies elsewhere and he’s right, this squad is way off being good enough, but it was always a really silly important in the situation we found ourselves in. It was an appointment made with very little sensible reasoning behind it. A couple of Caretaker wins against us and a legendary playing career should count for very little, but Top was drawn in by it.
  8. It will be Barry-Murphy. If it isn’t, please for the love of god think outside of the box. There is a whole world of managers out there.
  9. Huge credit to UFS for keeping on with the 14th minute protest.
  10. Ruud has been a terrible appointment, but so was Cooper.
  11. No end of people near me clapping at the end. Amazes me that songs taking the piss out of the players gets more people joining in than any chant against the board. People just don’t get it.
  12. Genuinely tempted to turn around and go home again.
  13. Tempted to ditch my season ticket and get a membership, but what's putting me off is the fact I'd go pretty much to the bottom of the priority order within members (despite being a ST holder for 10 years). Also, if I went to roughly 10 matches next season, plus the membership cost) it would work out more than I pay now for a ST.
  14. What?! From the same people that brought these beauties to the people of Leicester... ...it just doesn't add up.
  15. We know that, but the kind of people that any protests need to appeal to don't. The van was parked near the march and had the ProjectReset banner on the back. It looks like the same thing to anyone who isn't on FoxesTalk.
  16. I don't think people are criticising anyone for putting themselves out there and getting something off the ground, but it's also ok to call out that some of the messaging on the van is going to discourage people from joining future protests and will make any protest easy to dismiss as petty or causing trouble. A decent bunch will be put off by messaging that feels too personal or too much like a witch hunt. There are also a lot of people, myself included, who have found the current protests far too focussed on Rudkin, when the reality is that Top, Whelan and the whole board share the blame. That doesn't meant to say the messaging has to be safe or vanilla, but if we want more people to get behind the protests going forward, which HAS to happen if we want to force any change, then anyone organising anything has to make sure that as many fans as possible can get behind the messaging.
  17. Tommy, have you ever considered a job on the LCFC board?
  18. ...because if people thought the football was dire under Cooper, just wait until they experience Dyche. You are right about the team, it just wouldn't suit Dyche. The Everton team he inherited was pretty well suited to his style.
  19. True….but also this has been building longer for Spurs fans and they haven’t won the league or FA Cup during Levy’s reign. It’ll take time.
  20. It’s 2025 and Leicester fans are still calling for Sean Dyche. I’d hoped Steve Cooper would have put people off, but clearly not.
  21. I have mixed feelings about today. March turn out was good, but as others have said, it fizzled out due to mixing with non protest fans. Earlier time and different route would have helped. 14th minute was hugely disappointing, especially considering how vocal people were during the Fulham match. A guy near me said “well there’s no need for that!”…turns out he thought everyone was singing “We are going down”. FFS. A woman near me was absolutely buzzing with how few people joined in. I don't even see her get that excited when we score. Unfortunately we have too many fans whose emotions and feelings don’t go beyond the current score, performance or result. They don’t look any deeper. However, judging the protest on the impact it’s had on the media and TV coverage you can’t call it anything other than a success. The board are now under the spotlight ten times more than they were before. Huge credit to @ProjectReset.
  22. What, like signing Jordan Ayew?
  23. His argument is essentially that because he and the Supporters Club (anyone actually know anyone in this club?) meet with club regularly (do they?) to express concerns then no one else has a right to voice their opinion. Keep quiet, stop moaning and let Cliff deal with, it’s worked a charm up until now.
  24. Pretty sure it doesn’t mean sing the Adrian Silva song on 14 minutes, was there even one? Rudkin out, sack the board etc.
  25. …and this is why any protests should be directed at the entire club. The culture, standards and morals are rotten.
