Interestingly (or not as the case may be) renowned source 'Caught Offside' are reporting that besides us (up to 15 point deduction ), Forest, Chelsea and Villa have all breached FFP and are facing sanctions for the 2024/25 season. They are also stating that the 115 charges levelled at Manchester City will be heard before Christmas. Must be true then!!

This is a blessing in disguise. Good luck to Enzo but his style of play in the Premiere League with the players we have, in my opinion, would have been a train wreck. Onwards and upwards, but I do hope the Board appoint a suitably capable manager soon to make the most of pre-season and a change of footballing philosophy. One can hope!!

As a matter of interest.. I wonder what other teams will also be in breach and facing points deductions? I find it hard to believe that we will be the only ones in trouble, and if there are, perhaps our chances of survival next season will be better than the media would have us believe. All in all.. it's such a dog's mess. Money has ruined the game.

Just my opinion, but I feel a pragmatic approach from the LCF Board (is this an oxymoron??) is quite likely with regards to the managerial succession. I imagine we will look to avoid any compensation payments to other clubs, so I predict an un-exciting Moyes / Cooper result. Stand by to repel boarders!!

Hold on a second.. Surely LCFC have been charged with 'alleged breached of P&S rules'.. which means they have yet to be proved. So his statement that we have broken rules is in fact not correct until such time as the Commission publishes its findings!! Equally, the EFL Embargo is in place despite a quarter of the current financial period still to go?! The only think I can agree with Simon Jordan about is the discord between the EFL and the Premiere League.. which is an absolute pile of dogs mess!!
