Good attitude. His headed goals are a bonus. He seems to have football intelligence. I don't see him as a Premier League player (if he stays, I hope I'm wrong). If we can get a few million for him, it could help us financially. If he stays, could the chances of academy players with a higher ceiling be inhibited?

Of cou rse it's a trophy. Not a major trophy. You can only compete to win the competitions that you are in. I struggle to think of the Community Shield as a trophy but it's hard to qualify for! If you count out all our leagues wins, cups and shields, we win a trophy, on average, every 8 and three quarter years because we are massivish.
