Seems to be a lot of reaction about Hamza today which is coloured by his off pitch shenanigans rather than on. He’s been good this season, solid in most games and a real asset. Today he was dog turd. Doesn’t mean he’s crap or is usually crap. He has been good for us this season.

Surprising result for me. Team selection seemed like a get out of the cup quick lineup. 2nd half subs suggested it was not something Enzo wished to throw away. All very strange. 1st half was messy, poor and a show piece for Stors Goalkeeping credentials. 2nd half subs changed it up. Much better. Ricardo is quality. JJ did well. Albrighton was excellent throughout. Maidstone next.

The FA Cup, to me, is the 2nd best achievement in domestic football. It is immense. However, promotion to the Premier League is, financially, the most lucrative achievement in ALL football. An interesting equation.

He actually went under the players foot. Poor challenge and poor decision. Their player should have got a red for the challenge resulting in the penalty. Double jeopardy didn’t apply as the challenge was reckless and dangerous. On such decision do games swing.
