Sums us up. Just like QPR; there for the taking and we piss it up
-
That was absolutely quality from Daka (yes you read that right) Unlucky.
-
Exactly. Sounds stupid but no way Ayew scores that simply because the chance doesn't exist if he's on the pitch
-
QPR especially worrying as it looked like we could really turn the screw after 20 mins, then completely stepped off and go what we deserved. Cannot afford that kind of mentality again
-
No, the worst thing is that we go down and that puts us in a total financial tailspin. It's not like when going down to L1 last time turned out to be good for us because we'd stagnated and needed a complete reset. And in the nicest possible way, it's incredibly naive if you think Top and his cronies have the humility to admit they have made mistakes and work on everything they did wrong as a result of dropping to the 3rd tier. If it hasn't happened already, it won't happen in this scenario

Monga's got basically the same output in a fraction of the minutes. He's got loads of scope to improve. He's capable of the unpredictable. Mavididi's defensive work rate is the only thing that makes him a credible choice but even that was non existent yesterday.
-
At least Daka knows what he wants to do, he's just not very good . Mavididi has absolutely lost the plot; gets the ball and genuinely has no idea what he wants to do

Would have taken that before but gutting that even though it was a poor game, we were still the better team and had all the good chances. -
2 clean sheets basically tells you we'd have stayed up if they just appointed him straight away
-
Get Monga on and stick Mukasa up top
-
BDR kicking the ball into himself seems a special trick
-
And the most depressing thing is that we're still better off with him in the team than Ayew
-
Absolutely disgraceful first half. I've actually stuck up for his defensive work as well (it's more his decision making defensively that makes it look like he's not trying) but he's left Thomas exposed loads whilst pissing the ball away every time he has it. Hat trick incoming
-
The fact he's pissed me off more than Daka tells you how abject he's been. And he'll stay on for 90 unless we're winning and Aribo comes on to 'shore things up'
-
Starting to look the better side so we'll definitely lose now
-
Mavididi being absolutely wank as usual
-
Poor pen but a good save. Their guy very lucky to be on the pitch still
-
Not even because it was Daka, just that stupid run up they do. But why it wasn't James or Fatawu
-
He could score 5 goals from now until the end of the season as his output will still have been awful. Monga must be off in the summer otherwise it's bizarre he hasn't been given more of a chance
-
Whether he needed to or not is up for debate but surely nobody can argue that Rowett is justified by taking him out. Would rather it be Okoli as Nelson should be a better foil for Lascelles

Wout Faes signs for Leicester - Official

He'd never be a top defender, he doesn't have the attributes for that. If he could cut out the mistakes then he'd be a solid PL defender but nothing more. And a lot of revisionism about his ability, performances and attitude. He was even worse than the clowns currently in the team -
Funny thing is, barley any of them are actually big errors. In fact, some I don't think he can really be blamed at all. Don't get me wrong, plenty he should be doing better with and he's massively declined but they clearly forget the amount of amazing saves/games he's had for them. Though interestingly, somebody said he's the best keeper with the ball at their feet that Celtic have had. Shows it's all about perspective . During his time in the PL, no keeper (who actually played a decent amount) made fewer mistakes leading to goals as well. Sad about his injury but I think that's him done now. Hermansen might have got himself in the WHU team at exactly the right time for the World Cup.
-
Dreadful today but still got a massive future. Some aspects of his game are there and ready to be a good PL player, other bits show him as a kid. If I was a Man City fan, I'd be desperate for him to go out on loan for a full season of Championship or similar level to mature.
-
Merit in all the criticism apart from this. Get your eyes checked if you think he's slow

I think you're just not understanding what I'm saying/I'm not articulating it well enough: Agree, they are asking for managers of play a certain way when hiring. Disagree, they are forcing the manager to play that way when in post.
