Very surprised to see quite a negative response to Martí, personally I’m very happy with the appointment. There are so many available managers that I could list that expect such high standards and take no shit but also play attractive football. This theory that we have to accept a poor style of play to get some standards is complete nonsense. Literally within 5 seconds of thinking who else, you’ve got managers like Richie Wellens, Ange Postecoglu, Nuri Sahin, Ralph Hassenhuttl? All known for demanding high standards. People need to realise Dyche is known for his “Iron Fist” because he’s shit at everything else.
