  1. Difference in class. One team creates many chance and doesn't take them. The other creates 3 and scores all 3 🤣
  2. Yep midfield needs changing but we have very limited options other than bringing Mcateer on.
  3. I get that but Birmingham are a poor side. I'm not expecting complete fluency but that first half was the worst I've seen in a very long time. Even our back up 11 should not be getting dominated at home to Birmingham
  4. Decent little player Jordan James but he does have one of them faces that just needs a punch
  5. Whilst I'm glad we've rested players and I'm not overly concerned about the result, I am concerned about how incredibly pathetic this performance is. Doesn't matter that we've made 10 changes, I'm not expecting a peak Barce performance but I'm also not expecting us to be dominated at home by a poor Birmingham side.
  6. I like the look of Cover but Hamza really is shite isn't he. I really don't know what he contributes. Stolarczyk has been really good as well. Way things are going, we won't be winning this game
  7. Bore off, most teams play a weakened team. If we didn't have such a small squad and key injuries/afcon, then I'm sure we'd be stronger. Perfect line up for a game I want us to win but am not fussed if we don't. Ipswich played a strong side and lost to Maidstone. Now our main players are fit are ready for Swansea whilst most of theirs played some part today.
  8. Knew someone would reply with this. 🤣
  9. KDH just doesn't seem to fit with Brightons previous transfer strategy. Their previous record signing was £30m for Joao Pedro who's only young and has the potential to be worth alot more in the future, which is how Brighton like to run things to keep them financially viable. Turn to KDH, and whilst he's having a very good season, he's 25 now so not exactly young and if they did pay £30m, there is no way they would make any future profit on him. I understand that teams aren't going to make a profit on every signing they make but for a club like Brighton to stump up £30m for a player, he'd need to go there and be their best player, which I don't think he would be. Cant see us lowering the valuation and I can't see them matching the valuation.
  10. I don't think anyone said this considering we are incredibly short in midfield and Ndidi is out for most of the season.
  11. Our mighty fall from grace will truly hit home if we sell our best player to Brighton. Absolutely honking!
  12. Anything in the O'Hare links?
  13. Ah my bad, didn't realise his contract was up. Interesting
  14. I hope he will be our very own Master Splinter.
  15. As good as it would be to get one over on Cov, realistically, they won't sell him cheap and we keep being told we can't sign anyone until we sell players, so it's highly unlikely we sign O'Hare this window.
  16. I think you're talking turd to be honest
  17. Chelsea with a bench of regens. Ted Curd is my favourite. Reckon it's probably Boehly naming himself on the bench and changing his surname hoping nobody notices
  18. He might be there but he's not actually a substitute and he can't actually play as he's cup tied. Would actually love it if they put him on and then got kicked out of the cup but even Chelsea aren't that stupid unfortunately
  19. He can't play tonight or in the fa Cup at the weekend as he's cup tied, so Chelsea could have at least let us keep him until after the Birmingham game. Hope we don't ever deal with them silly bastards again! Horrible football club!
  20. I only went to a handful of games at Filbert Street, but for any FS regulars, has the stadium atmosphere issues always been an issue since we moved into the current stadium or has it got worse over the years? Would people say its got a lot worse over the past 2 years with the Rodgers shit show? There doesn't seem any connection between the club and the fans anymore but I don't think it's always been this way? Have we become like a "big club" where the powers that be don't really give a shit about loyal fans and are more interested in making as much money as possible? Has our success gone to our heads and we are no longer a club for the fans? Has it been like this for longer than just the Rodgers shit show but was tolerated by fans because we were having success?
  21. Annoying as I was quite excited about a potential cup run but with our squad looking thin and us dropping 5 points out of the last 6, this game has become a bit of an inconvenience. Always want us to win but keeping our key players fresh for Swansea has got to be the focus.
  22. Should we hoof the ball forward to the big target man that we don't have? We created way more chances than Ipswich but just didn't take them. As frustrating as it is when we drop points late again, there are just way too many hot takes on here.
  23. That's a huge over reaction. We dominated the first half and whilst they were arguably better 2nd half, they didn't create any decent chances. Their keeper pulled off several good saves and we had one cleared off the line. Another day and we win that 3/4-0. Our game management 2nd half was poor however and does seem to be a reoccurring issue.
  24. Restes, Jelert, Dedic, Vitik, Debast, Wharton, Halseth Nypan, Doue, Velasco, Bardghji, Van Persie. Do I get the job?
  25. I mentioned Vardy. I've also mentioned Akgun and Praet but the likelihood is that at least one of them starts. The other 3 you've mentioned are 2 youth academy players who haven't played a great deal of first team football and Albrighton who's coming to the end and rarely gets used these days. If we are chasing the game and they are our options, my original point (we won't have much in the way of attacking options) is very much valid.
