Based on what, the amazing quality this league has? So many on here seem to underestimate how incredibly bad this league is whilst also going over board with how bad we are. We have one of the best squads in this league. It's not perfect and we could have done with a top striker but nobody has quality like Fatawu. Even our maligned players are good for this level. Nelson was one of Oxfords best players last season and can't even get on our bench

A gift to get us back in. Oxford are very poor side and we need to be putting them to the Sword. Going back to the foul on Thomas earlier, it's a pet hate of mine in football when strikers do that. It's incredibly dangerous and clearly deliberate and should be a yellow card in my opinion. If you can see someone is going for a header you either challenge for the header or you leave it, you can't deliberately go under the player to send them flying.

Puel was far from our worst manager and set Rodgers up with a squad to succeed with, which he then went and destroyed with shite signings. We made great signings under Puel and alot of that will have been down to him and his contacts. Agreed the football was crap but we were never in danger of relegation and were always steady under him.

It's easy to blame the fans but it's hard to get behind the likes of Faes and some of the other waste of space players we've had over the last few years. It's not always about winning or being in the prem but the bare minimum fans expect is to see players give 100% every game and that sadly hasn't always been the case over the last few years. Add in the poor running of the club and the disconnect between the club and the fans and it's understandable why the stadium isn't what it once was.
