  1. Are you happy with with the way club is being run?
  2. Yep been going to games from 1997 up until covid and then carried on until last season? What part of my post do you disagree with?
  3. I understand the social aspect of going to games and to many it's the "norm" but are you/any of the other fans like you happy with the way club is being run? Are you happy with our players, and I don't mean their quality, I mean their commitment? If you are then you're easily pleased, if not, what can we do to change things? We should all be proud of our club, can anyone genuinely say they are proud of this club right now? As for me as a supporter, I've been an LCFC fan all my life (my dad's from leicester) but have lived all my life in the north West. Since I was 10 (1997) I've been to around 10-15 games as season both home and away up until covid and then carried that on until last season when i didn't attend a single game. I don't intend on attending any anytime soon .
  4. What opinion do I have that isn't fact? Is the club well run? Who runs the club? Who hires/fires the people that oversee the day to day running of the club? If you're aware of some information about the running of the club that most of the fanbase can't see from where we are/the state of the club, then please feel free to enlighten me.
  5. I'm fully aware and I know that this post will have zero bearing on anything at club and won't change the mindset of any of our fans, but I'm a 38 year old man who just likes to have a moan 🤣
  6. He has not made any changes at board level despite constant failings. We are lumbered with a load of over paid useless players that don't want to be here because of his director of football that he refuses to sack/move aside.
  7. Sad but true. I've loved football all life but recently all the enjoyment has been sucked out of me. I'd always make sure I'd watch every leicester game, be it on TV or at the stadium and I'd try to change shifts at work/personal engagements around our games but now I just watch if I can be arsed/if I'm not doing anything else.
  8. It's not. I once enjoyed going to games and would also like to take my young kids to games in the future, but I won't be involved in this shit show. I'll take my kids to non league games if needs be. I don't care what league we are in etc but I want my club back and right now this club isn't LCFC and this board and most of the players are an absolute disgrace!
  9. Not going to games and not spending money at the club shop
  10. Unpopular opinion but I genuinely don't care less anymore. Our fans that think that turning up at the stadium every week and buying merch from the shop etc, is actually helping the club are deluded. The club is beyond broken and cannot be fixed without a major reset which involves new owners, new board and new players. This owner, this board and the majority of this group of players do not deserve our money or support. Top and his cronies do not accept they are doing anything wrong, because there is not enough dissent from the fanbase. We've had project reset etc but ultimately we don't have enough of the fanbase on board to make real changes at the club. Unless people are turning up to the stadium to protest and show their dislike to the board and the majority of our players, why are you even going to the games? We are an absolute disgrace and our fanbase is allowing it to happen.
  11. But can you not see that by "turning up to the stadium to have a natter etc" is not helping the long term future of the club? How can anyone say they support LCFC by saying "it's a day out to have a natter"? To me that's genuinely mind boggling. Do we not support LCFC because we want the absolute best for this club? Is the best we can offer being turned over by the likes of PNE? The club is an absolute shit show and being run by complete muppets and the only way we see real change is by boycotting the club until the owner sells or accepts he's fcked up and sacks his board and hires competent people.
  12. What's the difference between them? They are all ultimately complicit in the clubs downfall. Unless you actively turn up to the stadium to protest against the owner/board/players then you're ultimately complicit in the clubs downfall. Many believe that turning up to the stadium is supporting LCFC but it's actually just supporting KPFC!
  13. We still have a section of our fanbase that support Top/KP etc. Unfortunately these people are match going people and believe their attendance and "support" for the team helps when it's actually doing the opposite. The only way we get change is by mass boycott of the stadium and Unfortunately this will never happen. This owner, this board, the majority of our players do not deserve our money or support.
  14. On paper with the players we have, if they all played to their full 100% ability/potential then we finish 1st. But seeing as 90% of our squad cannot be arsed, we'll be closer to the bottom than the top!
  15. He won't be for long
  16. Even if we somehow got a last minute equaliser, I couldn't bring myself to celebrate. I've had all the joy of football drained out of me by this club now where I just don't care anymore. Horrible board, horrible players nothing changes, same old shite
  17. Last season was disgusting but at least we were losing to prem teams. Now we are losing to utter dross. How low can this club sink?
  18. Surprised he's lasted this long. Could end up with another situation like Brendan and Ruud where he doesn't want to be here but wants his payout. Seems to be a reoccurring theme at our club
  19. Marti being asked to manage us is basically comparable to someone being asked to run a marathon with their hands and legs tied together. I'm sure he's a decent coach and a decent guy but with a cess pit above and below him at the club, he's not got a chance of succeeding here.
  20. Don't bother. I had it on and just switched it off. I can't deal with the lack of effort some of our players produce. Doesn't matter how talented you are, and some of our players are very talented for this level, if you don't do the basics and actually fight and battle, you won't win.
  21. What a disgusting goal to concede. Terrible from Stolarczyk
  22. Do we have 11 of those?
  23. It's a good point and the worst part of it is, we have arguably the best crop of youth talent we've ever had and we risk losing them or hampering their development as the senior pros they should be learning from are a bunch of over paid wasters. Other than Ricardo, we don't have any players that show leadership and professionalism.
  24. As I said at the beginning of my post, we can't use last night as an indicator of how our season will go but the attitude and mentality of some of the players is concerning.
  25. I don't think we can use the game last night as any kind of indicator of how our season will pan out but the main thing that needs to change from what we've seen in the first 2 games, is the players actually wanting it. Both Wednesday and Huddersfield wanted it more than we did and that is worrying. We have some talented players, some that are too good for this league, alongside some talented youth players but if the mentality and application from some of the senior players (Faes, Soumare, Winks etc) isnt right, then this is a recipe for disaster this season. Marti has a big job on.
