  1. Yes I find it strange that they still pick Kasper to be fair. Similar to Portugal still picking Ronaldo and us picking the likes of Henderson in the squad. Surely at some point you'd think these teams would start using younger players.
  2. To be fair to him, he doesn't have Faes next to him playing for Denmark. I'd still pick Vestergaard ahead of Faes any day of the week. Whilst he has his weaknesses, pace being the main one, I don't doubt the guy does try, which cannot be said of Faes.
  3. At this point I actually don't want us to stay up. This season has been the most disgusting ever and I don't want any repeats any time soon. When we get relegated we may score a goal every now and again and may also win every now and again.
  4. Some gems from hburton no doubt!
  5. Yep but I don't think they care enough. They are getting their nice pay packets and daily access to a luxury spa
  6. We scored 15 goals in 12 league games under Cooper amassing 10 points. We've scored 9 goals in 16 games under Ruud amassing 7 points. Whilst Cooper can be blamed for some of the summer signings and I didn't particularly want us to keep him, I can't help but feel we'd be in a better position than we are now had he stayed. That said, if it's true that some of the players had turned on him then the writing was on the wall I guess. Surprised the players haven't turned on Ruud or maybe none of them actually give a fck anymore.
  7. We won't get an apology but we can be sure than a thorough internal review will take place to make sure this doesn't happen again.
  8. Just use Vestergaard. He can't run and he'll finish last but would sum the state of the club up quite nicely.
  9. If only 1000s more would have this viewpoint and something could change. Yeh this proper fan and supporting the team stuff is pure nonsense. These lot have had our support and they've had boos, it doesn't make a shite of difference. Whether there is 32k fans or 0 fans in the kp, we still won't score and we still won't put in any kind of performance that an LCFC side should. Never felt so disgusted by this club and everyone in it than I do right now
  10. Same here. I don't even watch on TV anymore. It doesn't annoy me as much if I don't witness it and I can use the time to spend with my kids rather than watching these overpaid tossers
  11. Nope. This will be the first season other than covid where I've not been to a game since 1997. Just doesn't interest me at the moment. I live in the north West so the ticket prices, plus travel etc just isn't justified when the players aren't giving their all. I've no issue with being in a relegation battle but I'd want to go to the kp knowing that there is a possibility that we could get a result. Right now we don't even see a goal, never mind a result so what's the point? To be fair, it's not just leicester, I'm not as interested in football in general as I once was. Too many things to dislike within the game which have already been talked about to death on here.
  12. Agreed, giving Rodgers too much power and allowing his pal Congerton to head up our recruitment was the start of our financial issues and the state of our squad. We've never recovered from this period of time and other than falling lucky last season with Maresca and the promotion, most decisions since in terms of managers and transfers have been awful. Smith wasn't the right appointment after Rodgers, not to mention holding onto Rodgers too long. Maresca turned out to be a good but short appointment and then Cooper and Ruud have been utterly hideous.
  13. Fair enough at least you're not clapping. I understand what you're saying and I'll always support leicester that won't ever change, but I just can't bring myself to give another penny to the current regime
  14. Yep I'd heard he's going Southampton. Would we pay for them? No. Should we? Absolutely
  15. Yeh but not being able to even score a goal would be a red flag. I'll be amazed if he gets a decent job after this.
  16. Regardless of what he's had to deal with here, he's proven he's completely useless as a football manager. He won't get another gig anywhere at a decent club. He'll end up at a lowly Dutch club if he's lucky
  17. He's short term thinking not long term thinking. We need a good young manager like Danny Rohl.
  18. Genuine questions, are you happy right now as a Leicester fan? Are you happy with our owner? Are you happy with our board? Are you happy with our manager? Are you happy with our players? Are you happy with our results and performances? Or are you not really bothered because you just 'support' Leicester anyway even if the club is on fire and being run into the ground?
  19. 100%. Given the wages and transfer fees paid, this is comfortably our worst team in my lifetime. We've had worse players and have been in lower divisions but normally when we've been bad it's been because we have no money rather than being a complete shambles like we are now. There is no excuse for how pathetic we've been this season. Utterly disgusting!
  20. You're right but unfortunately not everybody is in a financial position to lose money. I can understand why some would use the resale platform but I do agree that by not doing so, it hurts the club and could eventually lead to change if enough people did it. What amazes me is that there are people actually wanting to buy tickets off the resale platform. With the way non season ticket holders have been treated recently with there being no general sale and zero ways to be able to get tickets, now they are struggling to fill the stadium, everyone should stick two fingers up to them.
  21. Nah I doubt he'd want to stay there. The owner is as bad as ours and he's worked absolute miracles to get them where they are with no money and a poor squad. Not to mention their facilities etc are dreadful. A decent coach would love the opportunity to make Seagrave what is should be but I'm also not naive enough to think that Rohl could change the stinking culture at this club in his own, we'd need a full reset before we can even think about Seagrave being used to its potential. He has a £5m release clause which apparently he's asked to have lowered but the owner refused. The fact he asked for it lowered would suggest he wants out. A mate of mine is a Wednesday fan and he said there's zero chance he's there next season. He's heard rumours that he's already agreed to go to Southampton in the summer.
  22. Just get Danny Rohl if he's not already agreed to join Southampton
  23. It's a totally different situation and not comparable at all. At that time we had no money and nearly went bust. Now we have plenty of money and have wasted it on terrible players on high wages. In the league one season we actually were well run and Pearson was able to build us back up and the club slowly improved after that point. Granted the football was pretty bad the season we were relegated to league one but I've never seen anything as bad as the muck thats being served up right now and there's no excuse for it given the money spent on transfers and wages.
  24. It's not about that. I couldn't care less if we win, lose or draw but what I want to see is the club run properly and sustainably and the players to actually try. This lot couldn't care less. We've had worse players before but never have we had a bunch that don't give a fck as much as this lot. I don't expect us to win every week, I don't expect us to challenge at the top or for trophies but I do expect us to at least get relegated with some fight and dignity, not a compete laughing stock that we are right now. Everyone can make their own choices, and my choice is I won't be going to any more games or giving another penny to the club until Top sells up or at the least sacks all his board and hires people to run the club that known what they are doing. It's not about glory or winning it's about pride in this wonderful football club and that has sadly been destroyed over the past few years.
  25. I'm genuinely amazed he hasn't walked. Every game that passes he is destroying his reputation a little bit more. I can't see him ever getting another job other than at a lowly Dutch team maybe. Totally clueless and out of his depth, and whilst the players are crap, any half decent manager would have us getting points and at the very least, scoring a goal every now and again.
