I don’t know, I had a horrendous pain in my Achilles about 2 months ago that kept me from doing any running, 10 days of exercise off my feet and it’s been spot on since.

It’s definitely a thing, and it comes down to a whole host of factors in my opinion. We often give players the best contract of their careers with low incentive levels meaning they have little motivation. Seagrave being like a luxury spa. The leadership at our club is terrible and they aren’t held accountable to basic standards, they go elsewhere and quickly realise what they did here won’t wash. The relief of getting away from the negative cloud surrounding every aspect of the club. I could go on, we are an absolute basket case of a club.
