I think the truth falls somewhere in the middle. 4 years is a long, long time in football. Our squad is weaker than the one that won the Championship let alone 4 years ago. We shouldn't be expecting anything other than a limp defeat at Arsenal imo. Apart from that one game in 2020 we always lose there. Even in the title winning season we lost there.

For me, no manager is achieving top half with this squad, but it is good enough to avoid relegation.

Atmosphere today was so desperately poor. L/K is pretty much entirely dead now. It's been deteriorating for a decade or so but today was amongst the worst I've ever seen it. I dare say if we'd just 'let it rip' the economy would be doing better, inflation wouldn't have ran so rampant, and there wouldn't be so many kids starting primary schools in nappies or unable to properly communicate. There'd also be a lot more people mourning the loss of their elderly friends and relatives.
