I've been on it for about 10 weeks now. It has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. In terms of my mood, I'd say the improvements are much more modest. It's leveled me out, I wouldn't say I feel much happier, but I no longer get the crushing lows I used to.

It's impossible to objectively compare this season, when we're right in the thick of it, to some of the horrendous seasons we've had in the past that were 10, 20, 30+ years ago. However, despite being in lower leagues with worse players, I personally have never felt so disconnected from the football club I once loved. It's absolutely rotten to the core.

What makes anybody think the clowns in charge of the club will do a better job this time around?

Just to follow up on my post from last month (a couple of pages ago), I have finally sought help. I have been prescribed Sertraline, and have been referred for counselling. There's a long way to go, but I feel much more positive now that I've taken that first step.

Just heard that West Ham had 31 shots - the most they've EVER had in a Premier League game. You can't face that many shots and expect to get anything from the majority of games. I also think the free kick Mads got at 1-0 was very fortunate - we scored the second just after. On another day it goes to 1-1 and then you never know how the game pans out. But hey, not to be too negative, it was a solid performance, we scored some good goals, and like you say after just 2 days I'm very pleased. Lots to improve on though.

Rode our luck massively. However that was a real battling performance and we showed some flashes of quality too.
