Looks like some wires have been cut? The purple one looks to be cut? Has anything stopped working, parking sensors, fog lights etc? Might be worth getting a garage to put it on the ramps and have a look? Hope you get it sorted.

All down to @Corky this one.

My Son is now 16 but has been going to games since he was your son's age. My advice would be to get him a travel-stadium-booster-seat-backpack. You can fill it with snacks and games or even take it empty, and he will always be able to see over who ever is in front of him. Link here to some on ebay This is the one we used for years.

Agreed, I guess a solution would be for the car manufacturers to change a line of code so that the dash board only lights up when the full lights are turned on. Dark dash board = dark (rear) of car.

Neighbour had an installer fit Netvue cameras. I'm tight and OK with DIY. I bought WIFI cameras from Netvue. They have a micro SD card in that records the footage 24/7. Drill a hole though the wall and plug them in to a wall socket inside the house. Connect them to your wifi and you are done. App on your phone accesses the cameras live, or use the app to see and download the SD card recorded footage. Camera are £30 - £100 a pop depending on which ones you go for. They have solar and battery type as well. outdoor cameras

For the Chebs thread. RIP

Cheers for this, I did not see this thread before I emailed the club to ask if the club calendar would be working soon and they said "The club have decided not to do the fixtures calendar for this season, please accept our apologies." A bit of a backward step, I wonder what they are saving not doing this.

"On a Wednesday night" made me chuckle. Felt sorry for Kristiansen when he tried to encourage us as they left for half time and was met with abuse, he probably doesn't fully understand that we have been watching lack luster performances from long before he joined. Thought it was telling that none of the players gave any eye contact with the away end at any time unless they had just scored.

It's not worth the breath trying to debate it with them, They know that for cars, you have to pass a test, to get a licence, then are policed in the use of that car, and then at risk of having the license removed if you do not behave properly, or your health deteriorates. As well as having to register your car, and annually ensure it is safe and have insurance. Applying this to gun ownership would go along way to solve the problem. NRA and gun manufacturer's money in the government will ensure it does not change. I can not imagine what it is like to parent your way through a situation like this. They have my sympathy but at 51 I am becoming world weary of their weekly shootings.

Ooof, glad you are OK. How did he manage to do both sides of your car? or did you get cloncked into somebody else?

It really was the A50 at 9.30 this morning. It was blocked at about 8 but absolutely fine and hour later.

Have a tolerance to work within; Make the Red and Blue lines thicker, the equivalent of say 6" wide and if any part of the two lines overlap then it's "inline" and on side.
-
Unfortunately not, as everyone ahead of you will also gain points in that 9 years so you will never get to the front of the queue.

The new bus lane on the A50 Groby Road going towards Blackbird road caused a complete stand-still back up to the cemetery last night, I'm guessing it got worse as the evening drew on. Not one bus, and if there was a bus it would have been stuck in the 1 mile traffic queuing to get to the bus lane. A timed bus lane would be better, No bus lane would be even better.

oh, and how sh1t the condition of the roads are.

Just started cycling to work on an electric bike, 10 miles each way, things I've learnt so far:- On average a motorist will try to murder me once a day by mistake. On average I will try to kill myself every couple of days by mistake. Long mud guards are fantastic. The faster you go the more trouble you get yourself into. Most motorists are very patient and if you can make eye contact with them, they try their best not to orphan your children.
