Yes Kompany wouldn't change from his possession based game plan at Burnley last season. Their squad didn't have the quality needed to play that way and it got them relegated. Worked out well for him personally though as he got the gig at Bayern Munich!

It has always been 50 pts added each season for ST holders since we were promoted to the PL in 2014. Change is needed but it has been like that for the last 10 years.

I think Nelson has decent potential from what I've seen of him but sometimes fringe players from the 'greedy 6' can be overrated and command over inflated transfer fees (Danny Ward ). Ainsley Maitland-Niles was a prime example of an overrated Arsenal youngster a few years back. Ended up leaving on a free.
