  1. Neither of those would meet the minimum specs to play any recent version of FM to be honest and I'm not sure I'd really want to play one at only "minimum." RAM helps, sure, but so does a fairly functional processor and you'll need a better graphics card than the second albeit you don't exactly need something current. The first one is a bit of a laugh even calling itself a gaming laptop, it's got no graphics card. It kinda just looks like someone's put a veneer "gaming" decal on a bog standard Lenovo Think Pad. How far can you stretch your budget?
  2. WHY would you say that right before we play the team with the worst form in the league!?
  3. What a raging cvnt. Enzo will be telling him to get at his man and believe in himself tbh.
  4. Jesus christ. After I watched the Sunderland highlights on YouTube, YouTube won't stop recommending me Sunderland fan channels, like 13 year old looking Sunderland fans cosplaying as famous you tubers doing match day coverage. Jesus christ these people are dillusional and there's hordes of them. Was the entire away end just banter lads recording themselves reacting to the game. Maybe that's why they all missed the Six million clear cut chances we created that they were extremely lucky not to get hammered by. Fvck me.
  5. Only just signed a new contract last year.
  6. So, I actually started playing split screen a week or so ago. I love BG3 but I hate the split screen. It makes me a little sad that Lego games back in the fvcking 00s perfected split screen coop cameras and a major title like BG3 can't. Lego games merge in to one single camera when you're stood on the same screen and only separate in to split when you run apart. I'd love BG3 if it did that or at very least merged for combat. It does not. I guess if you have a fvck off massive TV or just better vision than me its maybe not so bad but I was disappointed with it. Again, I love the game and I'll keep at split screen for the sakes of my partner but unless you specifically are buying it to play with someone you won't notice it tbh.
  7. It's not really losing an asset if we actively sell him when trying to do so?
  8. It's really common for returning players coming back from ACLs to get set backs in the form of other injuries as they try and adjust, over compensate, learn to have confidence in the knee again. People still going to need to be a little patient. Great to see this show of faith though from Enzo.
  9. In rugby, you can just tell the ref you don't want the advantage and he'll stop play. Should be an option in football. I suppose in theory you could just immediately boot the ball out for a throw in so it's obvious you want the free kick instead but there are probably still refs that would say "well I gave you advantage and you wasted it!" like a tit.
  10. I thought he'd only played two full games for them?
  11. Tbf dude we spent half the summer rumoured to be signing him
  12. I've made no secret of the fact I quite rate Daka, I think some of the criticism he gets on here is wildly over the top and I don't think he's exclusively at fault for not shining here. I think with the right move, he'll still end up leaving and making us regret not having got more out of him a la Kramaric. However, short of a major redemption arc, he has to go. Either the manager truly, earnestly, doesn't rate him (and I just can't see that being the case) to such an extent he's refused to even give him a try - in which case there's no point keeping players Enzo doesnt want. Or, he's refused to contribute in the Championship or at very least been very wishy washy and uncommitted. I think it would be a morale disaster if, on promotion, he suddenly wants to play again because we're back in the Premier League and we decide to let him. Yes, I think you should be pragmatic, yes I think you put the club first before sentiment but I think that would be the ultimate slap in the face for everyone that's grafted hard for promotion. So I just think his time here is up and I've made peace with that personally. 90% certain our striking options next season will be either a new signing or an extended Iheanacho, Cannon as the young apprentice and Vards as the backup on a year's extension.
  13. The format confuses me a bit. Are you out if you lose this?
  14. https://deltiasgaming.com/larian-studios-confirms-2023-xbox-release-of-baldurs-gate-3/ Yeah definitely TLDR: it got held up because of an argument with Microsoft
  15. We've got two injured wingers and we just wanted fresh legs to press the flanks and close the game out tbh. Wouldn't read much in to it until he starts getting regular >=30 minute appearances as a central striker in the league tbh. Which I doubt happens unless there's an injury to Vards or Kel.
  16. I dont think it's rocket science. Any of it really. He signed with a lot of promise for a manager who didn't appear to really want either him or a number of his other new signings. Proceeded to drop him in and out of the team, disrupt his form and eventually tank his confidence entirely. He's probably already sick of being here when we get relegated. His agent tells him he can get a move so he asks the club to sell him and says he'd rather not play in the Championship. So we try but his stock has dropped and nobody wants to buy him for an amount we're happy with because we spent quite a lot of money and we still have him contracted. The new manager has spoken well of him, Enzo has said he works hard in training and is a good footballer but he's also made it abundantly clear that he's prioritising the players that want to be here. At the same time, Vardy and Iheanacho have cracked on, got their heads down, grafted for the team and between them have 9 goals already despite heavy rotation and a style of football designed to spread the chances out around the team. Over rotation of strikers is not a smart idea. Rodgers used to do it all the time, strikers need consistent runs of games to build up form and momentum, Daka is in the situation he is because Rodgers kept dropping him in and out in a blink. But ironically, that now means the best thing for Vards and Iheanacho (who are committed) is that they monopolise the game time between them. There just isn't room for Daka. No doubt we'll change things up a bit when Cannon is fit, especially given Kel has the cup of nations coming up and I imagine there'll be questions asked about his contract situation come January when he'll be free to talk to other clubs. If he isn't interested in extending I imagine he might start seeing less game time too unless Cannon turns out to be a dud.
  17. Maresca isn't going to change the shape and isn't going to play Daka out wide. He did it pre season for fitness. Most important thing our wingers have to do is dribble and beat their man. I like Daka but he couldn't dribble it round The Birch 1 v 1. Do think just even the rare glimpse he had the other night highlighted how much quicker he is than Nacho and even Vards now though. I've made peace with the fact it isn't really gonna happen but I would like to see him cut loose with Fatawu and Mavididi.
  18. What you're saying is, FIREBALL EVERYTHING
  19. Yes we're ****ing massive. Yes we don't belong here. What we don't understand, Championship clubs, is why you all think you're madder about it than we are.
  20. I don't really give a shit. Man City are so stupidly rich I just don't care. They'll always win stuff. They aren't competition for us. If you're going to go after Man City it should be by having wage caps and spending caps so the Big Six can't just buy all the success they want. But absolutely fvck Everton. They hideously, grossly overspent. The charges currently might just be purely about a loan pertaining to the stadium or whatever it is but they've hideously mocked FFP with just ludicrous fees and wages for bang average footballers for years and clubs like us have been hurt by it. **** em I have no sympathy and neither should anyone else. Forget the whataboutism, I want blood. I can't wait to pass them on the way up and wave them off, hopefully to major financial oblivion. Can't think of any club that more deserves to plummet down through double relegations to be an example to every other club that think they're too big to ever get hurt.
  21. Sue the fvcking cvnts
  22. It's done. Why do people get so worked up by this stuff.
  23. There's 0% chance there's an appearance fee and we're bringing him on for 2 minute cameos like that. Danny Ward could have stood on the left for a few minutes closing people down, it didn't need to be Daka. If that or any similar contribution cost us five million we wouldn't have bothered. It's a silly myth, it was always a silly myth, he just isn't playing because he wants to leave so he's third choice. Probably fourth when Cannon is fit. We're favouring people who are completely committed, after last year that's what people want, no?
  24. He's just a little pair of round sunnies short of covering Paranoid at Rockstock
