The more it crops up on different platforms the more I think that Vardy to Wrexham really does make commercial and footballing sense for pretty much everyone involved apart from us Leicester fans that want him to stay for one more year. The opportunity to drop down a couple of levels to a league in which he should still dominate and score quite a few goals whilst simultaneously being watched by half the world must be tempting. He really could recreate some magic in that league. I have no idea if it’s a genuine rumour but it’s mental that it’s even a decent option for a player like him really.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
Jack1993 replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
They should do it like WWE, We lift the trophy, players are having a beer and dancing on the pitch, stadium full of joyous fans, grinning from ear to ear, pure happiness that can't be taken away from them UNTIL... Music stops, lights go out, eyes appear on the big screens but it's not the fox, Motorhead starts playing... "It's time to play the game" it's... SEAN DYCHE, OUT OF NOWHERE "It's all about the game and how you play it. All about control and if you can take it. All about your debt and if you can pay it. It's all about pain and who's gonna make it." Sean walks directly to Maresca and hands him an envelope and inside that envelope is a number... Angry Maresca is dragged away by Rudkin, Vardy slaps Dyche, lights out again and everyone disappears, how many points will be deducted? To be continued, in August on SKY SPORTS, THE HOME OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE -
Looking back it’s really funny that Leeds beat us and Ipswich both home and away and were under the impression that each of those wins meant something

Another ignorant and ableist view, how can I join in? I haven't got any arms

How many accounts have you got? 😂

They’re twats obviously but there’s absolutely no way that that is a criminal offence. It’s completely objective as to whether it’s even offensive no matter what they were trying to achieve. What percentage of Leicester fans would have to be offended for it to count as a crime? To that end, are Leicester fans and fans of specific clubs now deemed as groups of people that hate crimes can be commited against? Video of them online, everyone thinking they’re bellends & their own club wanting nothing to do with them ✅ Actual criminal proceedings ❌ I’d go as far as saying that any Leicester fans genuinely offended by what they did need to take a long hard look at themselves before anything else.

It’s only after reading another posters comment that I’ve realised a draw is possible here, I hadn’t even considered it 😂 I’ve genuinely spent the last few days thinking a win would be great here but if we do end up losing it’s not the end of the world etc. etc. But for us, a draw would be fine really wouldn’t it, I’d be fine with a draw

1 of the 3 chasing teams will go on an unbelievable run, the other 2 will burn out after top 2 places are settled and WBA will have a strong finish into 3rd I reckon. I’m not sure why you brought it up on my post as I didn’t mention either Ipswich or 2nd place however I absolutely agree with you, fully rooting for Ipswich to finish 2nd!
-
Can see West Brom finishing 3rd, I think they’ll have a strong finish and a real good chance in the play offs. I know they’ve not always been necessarily well run off the pitch but they always seem to have a solid, professional, decent team capable of beating anyone in the league on their day. Thankfully we do actually beat them a hell of a lot!
-
Can see Leeds reacting in a similar fashion if they beat us next week, genuinely

Reading were 1 point ahead of where we are now at the same point in their record breaking season, they won game 32 & 33 and then weirdly only managed 10 points from their following 7 games. Really hope we can keep this pace up!

I think everyone is analysing our home support a little too deeply and I think the exact same would happen to any fan base in our exact position. To me, pretty much the only factor playing any part in the silence / occasional groaning / more people leaving early is just a complete lack of jeopardy. I can't remember any point in the season so far where it's felt like we absolutely need 3 points, even when we lose or draw it's hard to feel any real anger or disappointment because we all feel like we'll probably win the next one. There's no one single game that we absolutely need to win until either A) The chasing teams get closer or B) We need a win to get over the automatic promotion / League winning line. Unfortunately without the jeopardy, anger and disappointment of losing there is no real euphoria of winning, it still feels good but just not as good as it would if Southampton were 2 points behind us. I'd go as far as saying that if we were playing in this exact way but we were 3rd in the league hunting down the top 2 the King Power would be as loud as it ever has been. More or less every game we're expected to win and then we win. Even now I'm fully expecting that we'll lose to Leeds away this month but it barely bothers me because it feels like we'll easily get enough points from the teams 8th and below. I fully believe that if we did drop a load of points this month and end up in a 3 way battle for 2 automatic promotion spots the stadium will get a lot louder and more encouraging as a result. Basically we're currently the equivalent of Evel Knievel jumping over a squirrel on a BMX

I’d probably leave it for a while mate, I was tempted to purchase a season ticket for my eldest son in August for his birthday but taking everything into consideration it really wasn’t worth the extra hassle… granted he’d just turned 27 but he’s a massive twat.
-
The commentator on Sky talking through each replay in great detail before realising the viewers at home aren’t being shown the replays is making me way more angry than it should… A good 5 times he’s done it so far
-
After a single for this if possible. DM me
-
I can see why people are optimistic to be honest, the collapse of form it would take us not to get promoted is unbelievable. It could happen but it would be a huge shock. I'm only talking about promotion here, not the title.
-
If we go 32 draws in a row then I will issue a public apology
-
Yeah that's probably because I didn't explain it whatsoever so accept my apology instead haha That's the table if A) The rest of the league continue their exact current form for the rest of the season and B) Leicester beat QPR this weekend and then draw our remaining 32 matches (1 point per game)
-
Don't think I'd opt to rest them myself, drag them early if we're comfortable but I think go all out for the next 3 points. We could easily rest them both and only get a draw, then the Leeds game would slightly more jeopardy and become more difficult. We're so far ahead at the minute that 3 points against any team is just as important. Points on the board as early and easily as possible, demoralise the rest of the league as early as we can
-
If we win 1 more game then draw the other 32 then this is the final table: 1.) Ipswich Played 46 - 118 2.) Leeds Played 46 - 77 3.) Preston Played 46 - 77 4.) Southampton Played 46 - 74 5.) Leicester Played 46 - 71 5.) West Brom Played 46 - 70

Well I'm a bit thick and I didn't listen at the start so when it all started I was frantically wondering how old Vichai would've been this year and had simultaneously completely forgot about Bobby Charlton, it seemed about right to sing about Vichai... I imagine I'm not the only one
