  1. Anyone got their tickets in post yet? Still waiting for mine
  2. People often target this game as one we should win, never really works out like that. Bournemouth seem to be a bit of a bogey time for us. I do really rate some of their players though - Zabarnyi and Senesi is definitely a partnership I'd pick over Okoli and Faes any day. That said, we need to want this more than they do. We need a 90 minute performance - not just 45. It’s the same story every week with sluggish first halves. No matter who starts, we need a complete performance. We've not seen one under Cooper yet
  3. I thought Liam delap was good for Hull but he looks an absolutely top player now.
  4. Football is a cruel game!
  5. Mads Justin Faes Okoli VK Ndidi Winks Skipp Ayew Vardy Mavididi Think we can safely assume the line up for this.
  6. I really can't see us scoring, with how good they are defensively. We'll just try and batten down the hatches and play for a draw, which won't work. I'm going for 2-0 Arsenal.
  7. I've seen enough. It's clear Cooper has no idea what he's doing, and it looks like the players don't want to play for him either. There's nothing left to say except, LEAVE!!!
  8. Fatawu is having a stinker. Not a chance he's getting ahead of Ayew with displays like this
  9. WeIl done Ward
  10. I wanted to give Cooper a chance. But I'm losing a bit of faith in him, he does get players working hard and we've been competitive. It's good to be competitive, but at some point, you need to start turning that into 3 points. For me, he’s got until the Southampton game. If he can't get a win by then, after 7 games, he has to go as despite it being early in the season, we'll be firmly in the bottom three. And I think he'll have lost a lot of confidence in the fan base and the squad. It was always a bit of a strange appointment in the first place.
  11. Oh no 2-1 Brighton. Couldn't of happened to a nicer team
  12. I’m not sure what some people were expecting. The aim at the start of the season was just to stay up, and when you look at our squad, we’re clearly a bottom-half Premier League side. For me, the fullbacks are the biggest issue. Justin, while athletic, just doesn’t seem to be at Premier League level, and Kristiansen has yet to impress—he makes too many mistakes for me, losing focus or giving the ball away. I’m willing to give Cooper more time, but he’s been overly cautious so far. Not playing Ricardo, who’s been one of our best players for years, not playing Fatawu on the right is questionable, I think he's more dangerous than Ayew. He’s also limiting Buonanotte’s minutes, despite the impact he makes every time he’s on. As a team, we seem to thrive on chaos and frantic play, but we lack top quality. Let’s be honest, it was a scrappy, poor game of football from both sides against Everton. We’re not the same strictly drilled, strictly coached team we were under Enzo, but at least we’re fighting, which I will get behind.
  13. Come on cooper ffs, make some changes
  14. Dewsbury hall on the bench again #bringhimhome
  15. I think we’ll see no changes, or maybe one change at most. I’d like to see us go more attacking, especially considering how little possession Everton have had. We need our best players on the ball. But I just can't see it - he'll probably play it safe at first and maybe adjust later in the game. Excited to see Edouard make his debut, should definitely come on second half you'd think.
  16. Everton have a lot of injury doubts for this one
  17. Might be a bit controversial, but I’d start Edouard for this. We need to get him integrated quickly, and Vardy's just played a full 90 against Palace. Also tactically, this is an Everton team who are currently sitting very deep. Which doesn't play to Vardy's strength. A difficult decision between Fatawu and Ayew on the right, but I think Fatawu slightly edges it for me. If he can get Mykolenko in a 1v1, I think he'll get the better of him. You can’t drop Ndidi, given his current form and I need to get Facundo into the team, so Winks would be the one to make way. Although he hasn't done much wrong - could serve as a reminder that his spot isn’t guaranteed every week. A bit of competition for places is always healthy. Hermansen Justin Okoli Faes Kristiansen Skipp Ndidi Fatawu Buonanotte Mavididi Edouard
  18. DCL might not convert every chance, but he's far from "the worst striker." He's scored against us before and was a constant threat throughout. Plus he’s already got 2 goals and an assist in 4 games this season.
  19. Hopefully never
  20. To be fair, he's been really solid. And think he'll only get better. Everyone who wrote him off in the preseason got egg on their face
  21. This is getting nervy
  22. Erratic. Needs to get us up the pitch there and buy us time.
  23. Need to use every trick in the book to see this out, nicely done there from Faes
