NETFLIX RECOMMENDATIONS: stuff to watch

Not sure it totally stuck the landing and the way characters would just break in to Poe poems mid sentence out the blue was very jarring. Not as good as midnight mass but still really good, 8/10 for me. -
NETFLIX RECOMMENDATIONS: stuff to watch

Love Flanagan and love poe so enjoying this series. Not as scary as I’d have thought but still enjoying it. -
First 2 episodes of the fall of the house of usher were brilliant. Flanagan really is very good. The ending of the second episode was a proper wow moment. Grim but great.

What song made you think there's more to music?

Leicester City In 100 Players: Steve Guppy

Never rated him. -
Just watched Nowhere on Netflix. It was quite disturbing and not for the faint hearted, two or three scenes really stood out as being particularly grim but it’s a story about human survival instincts and was acted really well by the main character. 7/10

Storage is the only issue with the s. I've got red dead 2 on mine and it's literally 1/3 of the total space. Game pass is better than the ps equivalent though not much to choose between them really. Ps5 has dropped to a reasonable price recently though. Don't think it really matters which you get if you just play casually every now and then series s should be fine.

And best games on ps5 for a new adopter. Jedi survivor I absolutely loved, best game I've played in a long time, helps if you're a star wars fan obviously. God of war a great hack n slash. Returnal absolutely brilliant but brutally difficult. Astros playroom really is a good introduction to show what the pad can do and a really, really fun little platformer. Miles morales great spider man fun, with spider man 2 on the horizon worth playing to keep up to date. It takes 2 the best couch co op game in many a year, well worth checking out if you have a 8+ year old or a significant other or friend who likes such things. Last of Us part 1 if you've never played it before worth the money. Brilliant story and gameplay improved. If you have it's basically just a quality of life and graphical improvement, so definitely not worth the asking price. Beyond that look on the game catalogue and see what grabs you, hundreds of games on there. My issue with PlayStation is most their first party games are very samey. Open world, crafting, third person combat. Very samey.

Calisto protocol I gave up on about 5 hours in thought it was absolutely dreadful. I'll mow a few fields and see how it makes me feel. Never heard of the other one.
-
But seriously it's always interested me and now I have the space for it (got a cellar but needs damproofing and converting) it's something I am looking in to, but not the first clue on how to get started.

Not exclusively.

My kiss the alderman, retail park and not now madam won awards.

Watched In Time last night at the missus request, never did see it when it was out. Run of the mill. Good concept if not entirely original. Villains ears very off putting. Amanda seyfried was good in it, as was Cillian Murphy. Justin Timberlake clearly not an actor. 5/10

Riccy P due a thunderbolt. 20s first 15/2 anytime. Had a few bob on. -
There was one of this alpha incel type bigging himself up, a tweet I think, and someone replied 'what portion of your life, as a percentage, do you gesture at women to take their earphones out?, Made me chuckle.

I get that, I'm not meaning to sound controversial, I just think they sit on these things, the press, and release them at a certain time for a certain reason.
-
What I don't get about all this russel brand stuff is why now? It's always been obvious he's a wrong un. It can't be to deflect and distract people from something else?

When they don't report a reason or say died suddenly it means suicide as they don't report it as it can trigger people. Tragic if the case. -
He was crap last night and has had a well below par start to the season but it's nowhere near writing him off territory yet. He terrorised many better defences many times and I hope he will again, just needs a good game and I'm sure he'll get rolling.
-
Just lol. wondered why this thread was hot. It isn't.

All I've read for years, and mainly fair, is criticism of how awful he is. Scores a goal and he's the messiah.

Watched a knock at the cabin, started off being very intrigued but lost me at about halfway when it lost itself up its own arse. 4/10.

Congrats mate, ill try and catch it on catch up if I get a minute, sure I will soon. Well done.
