Agree. He is so unpredictable and rash. He goes charging into tackles/attempted interceptions, leaving huge amounts of space behind him if he doesn't get the ball. Was surprised that he wasn't left out today - Vesty and Coady did brilliantly together at Bournemouth and we've not conceded in the last 3 games that Coady has played.

A decent point in isolation, but it feels like an opportunity missed with Ipswich finally getting a taste of their own medicine. The performance was again mediocre, though. We've not even controlling possession in games any more.

It's annoying that with so many points in the bag, we are still fretting not only about winning the league but even finishing in the top 2. By comparison, had this been last season we'd already be guaranteed promotion with 10 games left - Luton finished 3rd on 80 points last year. As for the game, we were great up to the goal (though we again missed 3 out of 4 big chances created in that period), mediocre for the rest of the first half and then truly honking for the entire second half, during which a massively out of form Sunderland team, shorn of their best players, were able to out-shoot us 15 to 1. A win is a win but we won't get away with that kind of rubbish many more times over the remainder of the season, let's be honest. Need to up our game massively as the teams behind us are just not going away.

We'd be insane to agree to that, given our current run of form and with the amount of injuries we have. Push it back until after the international break when Wilf and Riccy P will be back.

Has Enzo said how long Riccy P is out?

The problem is that even if a player is booked early for time wasting, would a ref really be prepared to give them a second yellow when they continue to do it? I just don't think so. Certainly not aware of this ever happening. I would prefer having an official timekeeper to control the stadium clock on the big screen. Their job would be to stop the clock every time the ball was out of play, so it would render the kind of antics we saw today from QPR pointless.

Sick of Faes now. Coady needs to replace him to provide leadership and composure.

I remain very unconvinced by Faes. He's too unpredictable for a defender. CBs should be steady and dependable, traits that he lacks completely. Once Vesty is back, I'd drop Faes for Coady.

I think people are overreacting by saying we have been sussed out. Against Boro and Leeds we won 4-2 and 3-0 respectively on big chances. Statistically it is a real outlier that we lost both games but that's what can happen in a low scoring game like football. As for today, I still think a defeat is harsh given how little QPR offered going forward (25% possession, 3 shots all game), but we were very poor in terms of creating chances. We controlled virtually the whole game, played some nice build up football, got into great areas a lot, but repeatedly chose the wrong option at the key moment.

It was infuriating to see so many fans leaving from 85 minutes onwards when there was so much still riding on the game. Heard some QPR fans commenting on it on the way out of the ground.
