It was a response to a couple of posts showing startling (to me anyway) ignorance. I can only assume some people have gone through life without any anxiety or mental health issues. For them, I am honestly pleased if that is the case, but as an almost 54 year old with a lifetime of constant battles that some people just assume are imagined or exaggerated for effect, I am just reminded of the schoolyard, and how little some people appear to have learnt upon getting older. Much like in a lot of political discourse these days, it seems to me that some argue like school bullies and dominate conversations like loud pub bores.

I would politely request that, in the same spirit of limiting topics due to mental health reasons in this section, that the same consideration be given to the main forum. We are all wanting the team to do well, but thread after thread of woe and finding new angles of self-pity and anger surely does none of us any good - I for one find it very difficult. I know some might think 'then don't read it', but I would argue that the main reason for this forum's existence needs to be for everyone, not just those seemingly trying to outdo one another in their negative assessments.

You're effectively holding Labour responsible for both situations, which is partial, to say the very least. I would add that 2010 had an awful lot more reason to it than 'Labour spend your money' - perhaps you might care to listen to James O'Brien on the subject.

Anyone breathing for the last 14 years of utter corruption and depravity knew what a mess had been left, irrelevant of the last Labour administration.
