He should be well suited at Spuds so. They know all about bottling it.

He's probably on something like that with Man City. But yes I agree with you, but it could be on a Bonus arrangement to top up a decent basic if he plays so many games. -

A decent player who would certainly improve our Squad and for 12 million sounds cheap. Only doubt is injury worries but with plenty of cover is worth the risk. -

Yes he would but it's never going to happen. But you can always live and hope. -
You could be right I'm only going on memory which I thought was 25%. Something to do with getting ready for losing the monopoly at the Thai Airports in 2020. Either way their getting Wealthier year on year. So looking good for the future of the Club.
-
They've recently also bought a 25% stake in Air Asia.

I would expect us to adopt a similar approach as we have with Chilwell which has worked out well. He's beginning to look every bit a Premiership player now. I expect Barnes to get more game time this year as he improves his physic to the rigors of the premiership.

Hopefully, they do sign him and leave Kasper alone. We need to build around our best players to improve us. -
I watched him closely last night and his biggest problem is he just doesn't know the game. He has no understanding of how the play develops, and where he should be in relation to either getting involved or positioning to provide cover. Until someone at the Club teaches him that he's always going to struggle.
-
He just needs to toughen up a bit also but that will come with experience once he's had a few heavy tackles.
-
He was excellent when he came on today and turned the game in our favor plus he only misplaced one pass out to the Wing. He going to be a good player for us once he's had a preseason and a few more games under his belt.
-
Exactly that. He needs to learn the defensive side a bit more. He stands a bit square on to players at the minute but that's probably because he was used to winning one on one's as a junior. But the Boy has done well today and looks to have promising future with us. I'd like to see him play the Albrighton role with Mark moving to the right which would give us a better all round Balance plus the added bonus of Marks crosses.
-
I thought he was excellent today even though both Fuchs and Albrighton bailed him out a couple of times, but you also have to give him credit for the quality of the opposition today. A couple of confident runs today and not afraid of the Ball either. His crossing will improve as he settles more into the side.
-
I don't think anyone is slagging him off it's just that he has some much talent and yet can be so frustrating. I think his lack of discipline where he'd sooner pay a fine than be on time for training defines his mentality and approach to the game. He needs to work harder both personally and for the good of the Team. Then and only then will he achieve the greatness his talent richly deserves.
-
Instead of Okazaki or Chilwell. By playing the same lineup as usually we were never going to beat them. Which is why we needed a different approach. When a team is as good as they are just firing balls in on top of them hoping for knock downs and scraps is not the way to go. You need to play with width and have players with that added flair quality or touch of genius. Gray (although not the finished article) offers both.
-
Pretty much my own sentiments. He done ok without making the necessary difference at that level. I just don't know waht Shakey's thinking was. Baffling to me. Chilwell never once got to the back line to cut a ball back. He's a decent prospect at the minute but he has a lot to learn also. Personally I don't think he's good enough for full back or quick enough for a winger. Left side of Midfield is probably his best position at least until he get's a bit stronger and more experienced. I felt the game was lost long before kick off when I seen the lineup. Our efforts where commendable but that's all it was, huffing and puffing. Our lack of quality was exposed last night by a Team who were always in control once they scored the away goal.
-
Very strange that he wasn't brought on at some stage. I would have had him on from the start.
-
You may well be right, But lets see some evidence to support that view.
-
It's the same attitude that typifies his approach to Football. Laid back and Languid never getting that rush of adrenaline most players experience when taking the Pitch. The annoying thing with him is he has the talent he just lacks the endeavour. But i guess at 28 he's not going to change and so his career will fizzle out with us and he'll probably end up an ambassador for the Club.
-
On current form he's as good as anyone in the league including De Gea that means he's worth about 60 million in the T/F Market. But I'd sooner we keep him and keep building for the future.
-
I can't condone Fans who advocate our quality Players should leave the Club. Kante was the best in the world last year that's why we signed him, it's just that others didn't realise it and proves once again how good a Scout Walsh was. The signing of NDidi proves again that someone at the Club knows a Player when they see one. We're the 4th or 5th highest payers in the League and It's clear the Owners want more success. Why can't NDidi and others achieve success here.
-
He's exactly the type of player I've been calling forover the past 2 years. I think he's on a 4 or 5 year Contract already but he needs a new one in the Summer. We need to keep our best players and add to them. Only then will we move to the next level which will help us attract the better talent.
-
The Man just oozes class both on and off the pitch. He can only get better with a run in the side. I loved the way he took the Ball on his Chest under pressure near the halfway line. At least we know we have cover for the old timers now.
-
To get him bedded back into the fold before preseason. Then with a good preseason he could be as good as he was before his injury.
