I think the players from that teams relationship with the owners was the start of the bad culture within the club. It's hard for a manager to come in and command the respect from the likes of Vardy and Kasper when Top is trying to be their best pal, sending them memes and pictures of the giant jobby he done. And it kinda snow balled from there and no manager since has been able to get the players on-side and in line.

Has to be Fatawu for me. A few glimpses of his magic but they are few and far between.

They aren't capable of playing the slow, possession based style that we currently play so we are losing absolutely nothing by giving it a bash.

I'm confident that Rachel would have screwed Stephen over given the chance. All her early comments suggested it but the way the game played out, she never got the chance and had to rely on him to win anything.

Thats the problem with any team trying to break the top two in Scotland. You can't just rely on beating the rest when 8 of your games are against Rangers and Celtic.

Rangers the clear beneficiaries of today. Its crazy to think that they are 4pts off Hearts and 2 ahead of Celtic given how bad they where for the first quarter of the season.

It's something but I just can't get excited as there is no one out there who can work with what we have to work with. A squad who aren't good enough and/or don't want to be here and a board who are incompetent and disinterested... Even if they get the appointment right (they won't) it isn't going to get any better..

I'd give it to him because as long as we have these players and these owners, no one is going to be a success so we may as well go for the cheapest option. Plus, he's not Russel Martin.

It's quite clear why people want Marti out. He isn't good enough. I'm one of those people and want him gone but let's be realistic, nothing will change after he's sacked. It doesn't matter who gets the job. They will still have players below them who aren't good enough and don't want to be here and a board/owners above them who are incompetent and seem to have other priorities. Usually the prospect of sacking a manager brings hope that things will get better but I don't have any hope at all for Leicester right now. Nor do I see any way out under the current regime. They don't know how to fix it and are unwilling to bring people in at board level who can. And all of that is working under the assumption that they are JUST incompetent and not that there is something more sinister going on like them taking income from us to prop up their failing airport tuck-shops.
