That is truly sickening. My pension is paid in pounds and I have to exchange it to pay the bills, A few weeks ago it was about $1.33 now it's $1.08 On a £1000 that is a $250 a month drop in income or $3 grand a year in an inflating economy. If that's the way the cookie crumbles so be it but knowing that banker/finacial dealers are betting against the pound makes my blood boil

I feel for you mate. You really do live in fear. I was the same in the sixties but somehow I survived and so will you. The sooner you realize there aint a damn thing you can do about it the sooner yiou can live with yourself.

Rodgers continues - How do deal with this as fans?
Smudge replied to Collymore's topic in Leicester City Forum
On the bright side that might occur him one day. -
I understand that and have some empathy with it, but they seem to be at extremus with their finacial diligence so I'm not sure how that fits

We care William. I think that we all feel down at the moment. You are not alone.

Well I hope you're right but if I was at the helm, I'd add capital expenditure savings to the rest of their cost saving measures.

Can someone explain to me why we are spending cash on expanding the stadium when we are facing relegation and smaller crowds? Putting the expansion/development on hold to pay Rodgers his severance, seems to be an option worth consideration.

Can we stop eating our young? Leave the lad alone. Being coached by this twat has left most of our players worse than they used to be.

Being older and better, be quiet!

The only wood I would advise against using would be any form of pine tree, the sap does not dry out and can coat your chimney flue

Thats well written, are you sure you're from Hinckley? I appreciate your opinion. I was brought up by Edwardian parents and Victorian grandparents. None of them were much fun but they did teach me to have respect for what was customary. As to the football games being postponed, on reflection, I could really care less. It was a decision made by each sporting authority and not a part of the national mourning.

You are right, you have no part of British tradition or standards when someone has passed. Probably young people from the UK or Commonwealth share your view. However, those of us who actually witnessed the Queen becoming our monarch, were brought up with a sense of a time of mourning, a time for reflection absent self gratification in terms of entertainment.

I can understand your sentiments if you have no standards or respect. If we have no standards or respect, we are just animals.

I just hope Wilf and Wardy get some counselling

@cambridge_foxThanks mate, it's like doing the Glasgow Empire on here sometimes.

Ah that's no fun. As a fellow sufferer. My Doc has me on omeprazole (prilosec) works well.

If you are up for a pee or can't sleep, I'm impressed with your devotion
