I think someone tried to play him in behind once. His ability to link the play and keep things ticking is probably better than Vardy’s. I’m far from a Daka fan as he’s a complete donkey in front of goal but I do think he should have been utilised a little bit more recently.

Played well in first half but needed shipping off after 60-65 minutes as a few above have said. I think people judge players on their pre-conceived ideas rather than how they actually play in games. Reputation clouds reality. Another example; Daka is a donkey in front of goal but I actually think his all around play is better than Vardy’s atm & probably should play more. I see people complain about Soumare when he’s the only one with any character on the ball besides Bilal who can progress it up the pitch. If Ndidi stays fit should take the burden off him defensively. We’ve got awful options across the park regardless. I think if we somehow stayed up then Ayew has contributed enough big goals and moments.

I'm still very fond of Brendan despite what everyone says. Should have been sacked sooner? 100% but the football we played from 2019 to 2021 was the best I've ever seen and I'd be shocked if we ever get close to that ever again. We could out-play anyone in the country with insane football and it felt like we were genuinely one of the best teams with some borderline world class players. Ricardo was up there as one of the best RBs with Trent. Soyuncu in the PFA team of the year. Prime Ndidi. Vardy adapted his game and showed why he's one of the best PL strikers ever. I enjoyed this period a lot despite the heartbreak of missing top four twice. I think the incompetence of the board and false promises to subsequent managers show he wasn't the main problem. Was he part of it? Did he make mistakes? Of course.

Facundo has been rubbish since Cooper has left. Ayew was our best attacker v Villa and showed more v Fulham. Not saying Ayew is good by any means. I think as a bench option, gets an odd goal, draws a foul. I don't mind him. if we stayed up, he's scored a few important goals. I have more issues with Skipp (25m and he has zero qualities that are outstanding?).

Second half was embarrassing. Literally did nothing for most of it. Can't criticise the goat too much but I think we need a better striker regardless. Facundo has been bang average since Cooper left. Genuinely, the cameo Ayew had and how Ayew played against Villa is superior. People's agenda cloud reality - me included, to be honest. The right hand side of our attack is just awful.

Poor today but people are being over dramatic. It's not like he's had Cooper's run of favourable fixtures with basically zero injuries or suspensions either. Some strange choices today 100%. The next three games are going to be difficult but if he's got a few new additions in time for Fulham/Palace then we can truly judge him. Ward and Justin cannot play again. The obsession with Ayew is weird - he's fine to come on as a sub but starting? The right hand side attacks were so frustrating with Justin so high up with zero quality. I really don't know which centre backs should be playing. I like Vestegaard on the ball but off it, him and Coady are too slow. Faes, when he's at it is good but he has so many brain farts. No proper defenders in the club anymore.

I thought the guy on Tuesday was the OG one? Although his voice couldn't seem to handle it. The one that did Chelsea (and other games) was shocking.
