Just been to watch Spanish football (5th Tier ) and it’s noticeable all the refs and assistants are young bythat I mean in their 20s . They look the part turn up together warm up on the pitch when the players do but more importantly are anonymous ie it’s about the match not them. Today 4 bookings 2 a piece and main thing was the ref was totally consistent. Last year a lady reffed our local derby which is always feisty but did a great job even though it was brutal she handled it .
