Having seen the Wolves result tonight, if the club have an ounce of credibility left they'd notify Ayew, Reid, Faes, Vestergaard, Coady, Winks, Soumare and Daka that their services are no longer required this season/ever again and to make their own way back from Manchester. Get Aluko, Amartey, Cartwright, Braybrooke, Page, Evans, Monga and Joseph up to Manchester early tomorrow.

Happens to me almost every time I step up the mileage significantly and/or push the pace over decent distance. Who said running is good for you again?

So it transpires that the dehydration/fever/norovirus of last weekend is actually a ulcerative colitis flare and I'm feeling pretty down about it. I've got heavily in to running after being signed off work for 3 months a year ago from a very bad 2-3 month spell of it and I've had a pretty positive year since health wise. Although I've still been getting regular minor viruses as sadly my immune system is the absolute pits. But this has really done me in, I'm praying it's not a long one as I don't want to undo all the good work I've done, running helps me with so much outside of fitness. I managed to get out for a 5km yesterday with the dog but I'm going to have to really cut back on my mileage for a while, I can't go longer than about half an hour without needing an explosive squit anyway so running decent distances is out the question. FFS

Building some real momentum mate. Get that half booked in for Brum in May.

Evans is going right to the top and hopefully with us. Really rate King too, although concerned by his injuries already at such a young age.

Naivety

He switches off and positionally is very erratic. We slate Soumare for this but Hamza is equally as bad for it and I put it down to attitude as much as anything. Just can't stay disciplined enough for that role even though it evidently suits his skill set.

Given Evans has been the standout player in PL2 this season, performing even better than Ethan Nwaneri did last season that's high praise indeed for Kingy 😂

If what I was told in January about what his family have been saying is true, it's not just the fans that will be delighted if a certain someone finally moves on this summer.

U18s threw away a 2 goal lead in the last 20 mins to draw 2-2 away at Fulham. Hutchinson bagged yet again.

Very dangerous 1st half, didn't have a sniff 2nd and was rightly withdrawn. Keep him fresh for the run-in. The bottom of the Championship is insane.

Also found far more enjoyment being able to watch him play than watching us in 2025. Glad he's on loan. Was the same when Barnes went MK Dons at the time we were absolutely revolting. He was welcome relief.

Remember when we had folk on here claiming he's lower league muck at best currently?! Just needed a chance. Get this season over and done with and build our side around him and a few other academy players. It's thr only facet of our club right now that's not an utter embarrassment.

Don't worry we rejected a potential £10m for McAteer in order to ensure Alves doesn't get a chance here next season. Respect the craft.

Having the same thoughts which quickly developed in to it being the start of a massive love story between Alves and Danny Rohl who'll look back as today when he decided to build his entire side around Alves next season when he takes over from Ruud in the summer.

Saw this and am very impressed. Still so badly want Stolarczyk to be our unrivalled no.1 next season though when Mads goes.

Not actually running related at all but after proclaiming I'd given myself dehydration after a long run on Saturday, it's developed in to full blown norovirus so hopefully I've not got to rethink my entire running routine 😂😂😂. Although right now the thought of being able to run further than the shit house is hard to envisage.
