I think it was you that introduced me to BDS and I'm eternally grateful. Bob, Joey, and Fat Perez are absolute legends and the chemistry they have between them is perfect. And I too have gone down the Barstool sports black hole on the back of watching the Fore Play boys. Some interesting characters like PFT, Big Cat, Jersey Jerry, and Kirk Minihane are all very watchable I find. Portnoy is an interesting one and obviously an astute businessman but I sense all his employees are shit scared of him. He's also got a shady history and not the sort of bloke I'd want to be associated with personally.

I make sure I never have my phone in the bedroom. I leave it downstairs in my office to charge overnight so I'm not temped to read it in bed. I tend to spend most of the day doing VC calls over a big screen so mainly use my phone when I'm eating or on the bog etc. I don't have screen time set on my phone but guess it's probably 2-3 hours a day. No idea if that's normal or not.

Breeders on Sky I've never felt so close to a TV character than the one Martin Freeman plays in this. It's uncanny.

Reminds me back in the day trying to teach my youngest to ride a bike. We were in the close around the back of our house and I was trying to teach my daughter but was getting really frustrated and she was crying and wanted to give up. One of our neighbors (Paul, had two older daughters, owned his own car dealership, willy puller) was in his front garden, saw we were both struggling, so came over and offered to help. Within what seemed like about 5 minutes he had her riding her bike perfectly. God knows how he did it but I've never felt so inadequate as a father
