Went to see a young friend today who is a talented young gardener who thought he’d landed his dream job at Seagrave training ground. He wants to quit and said that over 50 staff have left already because the managers in charge are horrible. Unaccountable and would rather get another new person in to bully. Rodger’s was an ego maniac and suddenly the club I love is massively overpaying. I have no idea who does what and who is accountable. Personal jibes at Rudkin are not accessible however. He was appointed by KP and perhaps they are the issue. They did buy us in absolute crisis for pennies. Really not happy with how things are run in recent years. Quite happy to support a Championship side again but something needs to change.
