  1. Thanks pal, yeah it was a tough one this morning, but ploughed through it ……just 😂
  2. Run 3️⃣0️⃣ complete and just 1️⃣ more to go, that was horrid this morning, as only a 15 hour gap between my 2 runs, also having to run 7km yesterday due to my watch glitching on every lap behind each goalmouth, a 6 hour round trip to LCFC and woke feeling under the weather but got it done albeit a slower one than usual. Over 1️⃣5️⃣9️⃣km or 9️⃣9️⃣ miles completed running the Prostate United challenge of 5km each and every day of October to raise much needed funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK. This disease effects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes so please share, support and donate if you can by clicking the link and help raise as much money for this amazing cause by clicking the link below. Massive thanks to everyone who has supported and donated so far, you are all amazing 🖤🩵 https://click.contact.justgiving.com/?qs=c36de5a6435f3423dc58b6f10619805796a37ce0bbc1c9b0ae525c6c0e218d0b887c4090f18a592fa569d362634172ea3e82e525df183713
  3. Absolute brilliant experience and fair play to the club, they have been absolutely top drawer, I know we can all be quick to criticise but in this instance they have been top class and should be rightly praised ca not thank them enough. Hopefully I should be on club social media accounts on Thursday 🙏🏼🦊
  4. Run 2️⃣9️⃣ complete and what an experience to run round the King Power Stadium, Leicester City FC have been absolutely superb today, although ended up running a lot further than 5km as garmin signal glitched behind each goal 😂😂😂 Please help to keep raising much needed funds and awareness by sharing and supporting. And if you wish to make a donation to Prostate Cancer UK please click the link to my just giving page below. https://click.contact.justgiving.com/?qs=c36de5a6435f3423dc58b6f10619805796a37ce0bbc1c9b0ae525c6c0e218d0b887c4090f18a592fa569d362634172ea3e82e525df183713
  5. Run 2️⃣9️⃣ will be a later one today on a different route and a different venue, keep your 👀 peeled later. However in the meantime if you wish to make a donation to help raise much needed funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK please click the link to my just giving page below. https://click.contact.justgiving.com/?qs=c36de5a6435f3423dc58b6f10619805796a37ce0bbc1c9b0ae525c6c0e218d0b887c4090f18a592fa569d362634172ea3e82e525df183713
  6. In addition if the defence is under that much pressure they will make individual errors, the levels of concentration when under pressure week in week out have to be insane. This is why managers like Enzo wanted us to control and dominate possession because it creates pressure on the opposition to be ultra disciplined, fit and have superb levels of concentration whilst out of possession, you effectively grind down teams. Our out of possession set up is so poor under Cooper, hence we are conceding a boat load of chances every week, our defence is under constant pressure, our goalkeeper is having to make world class saves in each and every game and we are shipping goals at nearly 2 per game, this is not sustainable over a 38 game season and expect to be anywhere but in the bottom 3. We have a tough run of fixtures after Ipswich, if we continue to play as we have in the first 9 games then I can only see us on the end of a few sobering results and the mood will change very quickly, trouble is if another 4 or 5 games have gone by and we have been on the end of few comprehensive defeats, morale could well be on the floor and it will be a different proposition for potential replacements.
  7. Has anyone else noticed that Kingy is in club tracksuit, I may have missed it but is he now involved in some sort of coaching capacity?
  8. Thank you very much it’s really appreciated 😊
  9. Run 2️⃣8️⃣complete and you will all be pleased to know only 3️⃣ more days of these posts 😂 and to complete my Prostate United challenge of completing a 5km run each and every day of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK 1️⃣4️⃣7️⃣ km or 9️⃣1️⃣ miles for this amazing cause. This disease effects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes so please if you can make a donation and help fight the battle against this horrible disease it would be greatly appreciated. To everyone who has taken the time to post messages ofsupport, repost and share my challenge and donated, thank you so so much 😊 If you want to make a donation to this amazing cause then please click the link to my just giving page below and please keep sharing and supporting 🖤🩵 https://click.contact.justgiving.com/?qs=c36de5a6435f3423dc58b6f10619805796a37ce0bbc1c9b0ae525c6c0e218d0b887c4090f18a592fa569d362634172ea3e82e525df183713
  10. Run 2️⃣7️⃣ complete and 4️⃣ more to go to complete my Prostate United challenge of completing a 5km run each and every day of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK 1️⃣4️⃣2️⃣km and 8️⃣8️⃣miles run and most important is seeing how these types of challenges are helping to raise awareness and getting men to talk about their health especially in relation to prostate cancer. Please please talk about it post on forums, visit the Prostate Cancer Uk website be aware of the symptoms, notice the little changes and get regular checks and screening, this is not an old men’s disease. Encourage you mates, brothers, uncles, cousins, dad to get checked. Early detection is key, ignorance is not bliss where this is concerned. To everyone who has taken the time to post messages of support, repost and share my challenge and donated, thank you so so much 😊 If you want to make a donation to this amazing cause then please click the link to my just giving page below and please keep sharing and supporting 🖤🩵 https://click.contact.justgiving.com/?qs=c36de5a6435f3423dc58b6f10619805796a37ce0bbc1c9b0ae525c6c0e218d0b887c4090f18a592fa569d362634172ea3e82e525df183713
  11. Rodgers and Maresca were excellent appointments, the issue was they showed too much loyalty to Brendan when it was clear he had checked out. Cooper has been the only really horrendous appointment and I do think this was largely due to the fact Potter was so insistent on bringing in his own DoF
  12. Early days but I would add the Aberdeen manager to the list, whilst it’s a weak league he has done an unbelievable job so far.
  13. Close the thread there is no tactical plan 😂
  14. Team selection was fine, 1st half was a very reasonable performance and looked like we had found the best starting XI then one tactical tweak by Nuno and it all came crashing down whilst Cooper just stood there like a rabbit in the headlights or a supply teacher with not one clue or ounce of respect from his players to have the know how or ability to make a proactive change to wrestle back some semblance of control. Nuno should how a manager can impact a game whilst sadly our Manager looked like a lost boy on the sideline.
  15. I think there is a noticeable drop off in the quality of coaching and management since Enzo and co departed and whilst he was far from perfect I think people, including the players are have cottoned on pretty sharpish to the massive downgrade and drop off in standards
  16. Run 26 complete and 5 to go to complete my Prostate United challenge of completing a 5km run each and every day of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK 137 km and 85 miles run, mentally and fitness wise i feel amazing but physically my legs have absolutely gone now but can’t tell you how much the shares, messages of support and obviously the donations help to keep me going, so please keep them coming as it really is a great motivation. To everyone who has taken the time to post messages of support, repost and share my challenge and donated, thank you so so much 😊 If you want to make a donation to this amazing cause then please click the link to my just giving page below https://click.contact.justgiving.com/?qs=c36de5a6435f3423dc58b6f10619805796a37ce0bbc1c9b0ae525c6c0e218d0b887c4090f18a592fa569d362634172ea3e82e525df183713
  17. Come on anyone can select a team, you also have to factor in the tactical set up, individual instructions, set play organisation and also the team talk before and at half time, not withstanding in game management, so to anyone hanging their hat on the you got the team you wanted and look what happened, isnt looking at the full picture and is using it to deflect from the short comings of the manager and his coaching staff. swap managers around from yesterday evening and we win that, the difference standard in coaching and tactical ability between Spaghetti and Nuno was clear to see and whilst we are at it did anyone see Coops post match interview, no reference to any tactical tweaks or adjustments they made that changed the flow of the game, just absolute waffle even my missus commented on it. Truth is if the only pre-requisite to be LCFC manager is to be called Steve, be a nice guy and pick the best XI and just tell them to go out give it everything, enjoy themselves and see what happens, whilst making the odd sub, then the club know where I am and I will happily do it for a fraction of Coops wages and a 12 month rolling contract 😂
  18. Absolutely speechless after that 2nd half shitshow what the hell did Cooper say to them at half time because that performance was literally chalk and cheese. This is a.constant this season and for me he is so limited get him gone as this is a squad more than capable of staying up with the right management.
  19. We have not stung together a 90 minute performance yet under Cooper , 1st half was excellent and then 2nd half has been awful. Which begs the question what is he saying in those team talks. Just get him gone and get in a real manager. This experiment will end in tears let’s just get it done ASAP and move on.
  20. Poor goal to concede but overall better little to complain about, pick out strongest team and play on the front foot with high tempo football and we are a very decent side.
  21. And that explains why Salford continually fail to get out of league 2 and seem a bit of a basket case of a club, continually making. knee jerk reactions
  22. Absolutely no complaints about the team selection, now let’s go smash these
  23. This is why I hope this challenge raises awareness as much as it raises money.
  24. Absolutely nail on head for me
  25. Run 25 complete and now down to the last 6 to complete my Prostate United challenge of completing a 5km run each and every day of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK 1 in 8 men will suffer this awful disease. To put this into perspective of the 32,500 crowd at King Power stadium tonight over 80% will be male, which means it is likely that over 3,400 of tonight’s crowd will end up as a sufferer of this disease, even in a crowd of 10,000 over 1,000 will end up as a sufferer, this disease takes a life every 45 minutes, this is why I undertake this challenge and why I ask everyone to share, repost and if you can please make a donation to this amazing cause by clicking the link to my just giving page below.
