  1. Just because there is no break clause doesn’t mean there isn’t a very reduced severance payment due to relegation.
  2. I would also get rid of the KPFC fans as well, bunch of bellends happy to accept this shite would rather see 14k of genuine Leicester City fans than a full stadium of tourists, hangers on and people far too happy to accept shite because we get donuts and beer once a blue moon.
  3. I have no words on his behaviour at the end of the game, get the fecker gone tonight. Absolute disgrace
  4. ****in shambles of a club, no shots on target piss poor XG conceded 28 shots, Chairman/Owner and DoF smiling and the manager hugging and laughing with opposition at end of game. We pick a player on the bench who is on loan instead of our own players like Evans and McAteer. My only hope form this utter shit show is RVN goes tonight and Rudkin goes ASAP and if KP/Top aren’t prepared to make some tough decisions then please step aside. 18 points and 27 goals in 33 games at any level is an absolute disgrace, especially when you have spent over £80m.
  5. Aside from Monga nothing to get excited about or behind, how can McAteer not start after last week. Only plus side is it makes it as toxic as possible.
  6. Would probably still put in more of a shift than Soumare
  7. And they did get praised constantly, the club were lauded by large sections of the media, fanbase etc which means when things go sour so spectacularly they also deserve a level of scrutiny, criticism and challenge.
  8. Not a great look but we don’t know if he has been told to stay away from the ground by the club.
  9. Any chance of posting what you have heard? but if he is genuinely taking the piss then my guess would be - Mads JJ Faes Coady Thomas Soumare Ndidi Ayew BEK BDCR Daka
  10. People voicing their concerns about how poorly the club is being managed absolutely is about people who care, whether you agree or disagree about how it’s being done, once thing that cannot be levelled at anyone wanting to protest is that they don’t care.
  11. I kind of hope he does, anything to make the atmosphere as toxic as possible and also helps crank up the pressure on Ruud and on the board to act decisively.
  12. There is a decent chance that one of Patson’s wayward shots end up hitting the banner
  13. Probably club generated accounts……
  14. Hughes has done ok at Carlisle after being pretty disappointing at Bradford, if he is anywhere near consideration as our manager then we should give up. If we are going down that route then Holloway would be under consideration for the job he has done at Swindon. The only more experienced managers I would be prepared to consider would be ones of the ilk of Tony Mowbray, where they have retained some of the good values of days gone by but are also progressive so stand the test of time.
  15. I appreciate it was probably a very well thought out PR stunt to bring Kingy back to the club in a coaching capacity but long term I think it will be a terrific appointment particularly if the club moves towards a model where we promote more and more of our academy players to the first team squad.
  16. I reckon the 14 defeats in 15 games did the trick in terms of destroying the players confidence 😂
  17. I feel that way too, would hate to see the academy players dragged into the negativity today, get beat, get the relegation and toxicity out today, sack Ruud tomorrow and use the remainder of the season as the start of the reset.
  18. The man is 38 years old and yet this season has been flogged week in week out, last season when managed properly he bagged 20 goals, this season despite us being the pits he has still scored 7 and 3 assists in a team that has scored 27 league goals all season, he is nowhere the issue in this side. The fact he starts 90% of our games and is the captain is a damning indictment on how piss poor our recruitment has been in recent years. Pretty much every attacking player has dropped off the edge of a cliff since Ruud’s first two games. Personally if he agreed to a sensible contract I would have him here for another season, to support the large group of younger players coming through and to be a rotational and impact option. He would still bag double figures next season. He wouldn’t be my captain but he is still effective and he gives a 💩 about this club, you can see how much this is hurting him. My issue with Vardy and how he is managed is at the club not the player, this season has been a disgrace in terms of neither Daka or Eduaord offering any semblance of a challenge or an alternative and so we have persisted with running Vardy into the ground.
  19. Just a thought but any else think the OP is a club stooge who has posted to gauge the feeling. Especially when you see they only joined the forum this month
  20. Completely agree, the speed and intensity with which both teams play is exactly the way to beat teams who park the bus. What is frustrating is that was how we were playing for the 1st 18 months under Rodgers and we were flying, then all of sudden after a couple of heavy defeats against Liverpool and Man City over Christmas and New Year we then went back into our shell and never looked quite the same team.
  21. What last nights game showed is two teams who have recruited remarkably well but are also so well coached, but not over coached, both teams play really good football but also play with a real intensity and willingness to get the ball forward and damage teams on transitions. This is 100% the way forward, some of the one/two touch pass and move was exquisite and so much more entertaining and effective than retaining/controlling possession for possession sakes which is the route we have adopted since Puel was asked to come in and change our style.
  22. Also be prepared to accept a reasonable fee rather than think you can negotiate world record fees for every player we sell.
  23. Contrary to popular belief, if we bin off Vesty and Faes, plus lose a couple more of our more experienced campaigners like Winks, Ndidi and possibly even Vards then we will need some experience and leadership to help and guide the younger players. I do understand why he rubs some of our fanbase up the wrong way with constantly being in the media, I suppose the counter argument is at least he is visible and prepared to front up unlike so many others at the club. I am non plussed if he stays or goes, too be honest.
  24. I at least expect some fight, some pride, some innovation in the recruitment of players and managers, a strategy that harnesses the undoubted talent we have in our academy, a desire to use our world class training facilities as an opportunity to maximise marginal gains through analysis, coaching and sports science. And yet all we can muster is this utter turd of an attempt of a season, where there has been so little in terms of ambition, progression, strategy or desire to have any semblance of a long term plan for us to become sustainable. when we talk about entitled, it’s actually the ownership, board and even the group of players who believe we are premier league club, and only have to turn up to re-establish ourselves, the arrogance isn’t in the fanbase, it’s the people to afraid to take ownership of accountability for what has been a spectacular decline.
  25. I don’t think I am entitled or have any unrealistic expectations, this season was always going to be tough and survival was the main objective, however the key point for me is how we go about that and how competitive we can be. As long as I can see positivity and a clear strategy and direction of travel, where we give a good account of ourselves and can be proud of our club then I am happy, this season has been anything but that, relegation was always a high possibility but for us to have been so poor and weak in our recruitment and then in how we have approached the season and so many of the games has been truly awful. We used to pride ourselves on being the Fearless Foxes, we are so far away from that currently, I am not angry at getting relegated again, but what hurts me is the manner in how we have performed or haven’t to be more honest which is so disappointing. We haven’t even gone down with a whimper, all hope was pretty much extinguished when we recruited Cooper and his merry band of ‘prem experienced dross’ and then pretty much from mid/late October onwards apart from the occasional result and performance the whole club has thrown in the towel. This season has been horrendous and I cannot wait for it to end in the vain hope this forces some semblance of serious and systemic change, but i won’t hold my breath as i am sure the self preservation society will gloss over yet another disastrous season and relegation and carry on regardless ……Nothing to see hear, PSR has restricted us, blah blah blah.
