Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Bazly replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Bottom of the form table with 1pt from the last 15pt available it's going to require some Buddhist monks to move into the changing rooms for a few months. -
One upside to all this, anything well actually everything beats Cooper ball.
-
Maybe someone can explain to me why Ruud van Nistelrooy is odds on favourite. We need an experience grafter not a short term grifter.
-
Someone mentioned Lampard and Gerrard. They were always a mismatch in their time as England players and have both flunked in EPL management. So a perfect fit. Other than that, it has to be Moyes till the end of the year. Extend if we finish top 5 or look for someone younger and more into positive players and positive play. Leicester City has been bore fest football for the best part of three years now.
-
The only thing in Coopers favour is that the squad today is so much poorer then the squad the last got itself relegated due to Bodgers persistence with Ward. This squad will just be relegated without any need to help themselves on the way.
-
Destined for the bottom 3 by Christmas with Cooper Ball in play. Cannot see Crystal Palace and possible Wolves as well remaining there.
-
This has to be the game that gets Ipswich's season up and running, at 28mph top speed.
-
At least we should get a decent transfer fee for him next Summer. Then we could offer Ward a new contract. I fear this is all to likely to come to pass.
-
19 games isn't it without a win? That's a mean record.
-
Six games in and three points on the board, that works out at a 20pt season. I predicted 26 at the start of the season so its looking to be a sub par season on my reckoning. Championship, we are a coming back as fast as we can. The club needs to change the manager PDQ in my humble opinion to get back on track for a 26pt season.
-
Man Citeh managed to draw with them so we should be fine. Though they were only playing against 10 so it's possibly a game requiring a piece of Humza's legendary contribution.
-
That wouldn't make sense. These clubs have low support, a typical Aberdeen home game attracts 10,000 and Hib 15,000. They have no International following so no TV money or lucrative sponsors incoming. As an investment vehicle it'd be 'see that hole over there'.

3 games in, 1 point, overall assessment …

You can guarantee the opposition will get goals which with our fire power means a sub 30pt season beckons. -
Our midfield is too slow and so is our attack so they would get picked off with ease in the EPL if they tried Enzo ball of sideways and back passing. Best to just treat the ball like a red hot potato.
-
He could do with becoming stronger in the tackle. Needs to add some muscle, too easily bullied.

His smile frightens the opposition. -
-5pt, season up and running

I'm hankering for the like of Demarai Gray and Jeffrey Schlupp, those were the days
-
Lets play for the record 0-10
-
Time for subs, lets get 10 defenders on.
-
The good thing about playing at home is you get to dominate possession.
-
Pre season he had 42, mostly expensive, players to choose from.
-
As of the evening on 18th August 2024, Leicester City stand safely mid table in 11th position. I suspect that could be as good as it gets.
-
Worst season in the clubs history incoming.

If we score more than 25 goals in the full 38 game season I'll be truly amazed. No team with this lack of creativity and ability has ever survived in the EPL. -
It is apparently mostly spread by skin to skin contact during sex. I've been married for decades so I recon I'm going to be safe.
