Stoke (A) 21/02/26: Pre-Match Thread
turtmcfly replied to FoxesTalker's topic in Leicester City Forum
A win, perhaps, but 90+ minutes without conceding seems very unlikely -
He got Oyekunle mixed up with Okoli for the earlier goal line clearance, which is some going
-
Richards looks quite tidy, if not tricky

Can't tell if joking -
Went with option 3

Who should he have at left back? Who should be up front?

I'm convinced there's some middle ground between sitting and clapping this shower of shit on the one hand, and taunting Aiyawatt about his abilites vs. those of his dead father on the other. I'll assume the fact you propose doing this at the stadium where his father died has not yet occurred to you, even if your obvious lack of empathy means that's probably a daft call.

What a pair of charmers. Grim, grim stuff.

Bloody hell

As we were both saying @BigGibbo, it looks like we should have tried to defend our lead from half time
-
Fair play if you could spot a pattern during the 2 minutes you're talking about, but I'd suggest our problem was one team not coming out fully 'awake' and the other being fired up. This obviously isn't a great look for Cifuentes either, buy I didn't see anything to suggest we were trying to sit on a lead. TBH I'm only pushing this because one of the few things good about our performance today versus previous games was precisely that we didn't sit back as soon as we went ahead. Quite the opposite.

I too watched the last 35 minutes of the first half and absolutely could not tell this.
-
This isn't what happened today.

I imagine this was not your reaction when we actually signed the hapless turd, a signing I would suggest was based on the same 'player's player' criteria you're advocating this time.

Buonanotte being better than Reid last season was more about the latter's contribution being so poor. It was hard to tell what Reid was supposed to be for. It's obviously beyond anyone's ability to draw conclusions from Buonanotte's single Premier League appearance for a total of 46 minutes with a WhoScored rating of 6.12 this season, but I'd prefer to start at QPR with the BDCR of last few games' than last year's Buonanotte.

Lumping James in with Skipp as some kind of 'tryer' 😬
-
... and behind him. Taggart saying not the best first touch 😒

That's an argument about the merits of the two decisions (I don't agree with you on either) Ref can't be giving him leeway cos it's his debut.

Wut?

When your goal celebration is a Covid reference.

Was going to say a Daka goal on top of that would be great. Next up - a completed one yard pass from Ricardo and Vesty to hit 8mph
