sometimes a person is just suffering from depression and other times it might be more like having a mental illness which makes them depressed all the time and it is difficult to know the difference at times.being on your own it is difficult to know where to go or who to see for help.it is hard being lonely for example you don't have to be alone to be lonely you can be in a large crowd or surrounded by family and friends and still be lonely. you can have happy moments and feel good sometimes and have fun but underneath still feel sad and depressed. people will see you and just because you are smiling and laughing and surrounded by people you are fine and think something about you that just isn't true but underneath you still have that underling feeling of being alone and miserable. it is just a feeling inside you that most people can't understand or reason with and therefore cannot understand.

so now we are desperate for defensive cover, he is ready to play! all the scouting for defenders and we've got one who we haven't used!. I really hope he now has a better understanding of English football

I just want to say Merry Christmas everyone and have a great new year to all at foxestalk and all the posters. I really enjoy coming here and supporting our football club and city and seeing what everyones opinions are, and of course learning a lot from other posters.it is a great place to come and support the foxes and have friendly debates and opinions and of course a bit of friendly mickey taking. Depression can affect anyone and can make you feel isolated and alone. It makes you feel you can't do anything and is important that you have someone to talk to and know where you can get help. I have suffered all my life with depression and have learned to live and cope with it because it never goes away all that changes is how you deal with it

from what we have seen of him he has been poor. is most effective in Vardy's position and if he plays somewhere else say on the wing he just doesn't get involved in games. he and the coaching staff have some serious work to do to get him not only match fit but match awareness. he needs to improve his positioning in games and also make more effort, he clearly likes to have the ball at his feet but will have to work on other parts of his game to fit in with the other players around him as well as the other players fitting in to his style of play. he needs to work hard show application and commitment and a desire to show he wants to do well at this club or he will be left by the wayside if he and the club are not careful
