Ruud doesn't seem to watch us and learn. Winks and Soumare doesn't work, we need a destroyer like Ndidi. Without him, only Hamza fits the bill. I know most regard him as a non player, but alot said the same thing about Ndidi, and now look at us without him. We need to try Bilal at LW instead of Mavs, with Facundo at CAM. Try different things to solve a problem. Pushing JJ up as a RW hasn't worked all season, yet both Cooper and Ruud insist on playing that way. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Didnt really want him but we looked better as a team, even though the results didnt improve. But today he was terrible, wrong team, wrong subs and I'm glad the fans let him know that, when he subbed off Bilal. I've got zero confidence he can keep us up.

Exactly, if a club run by Top and Rudkin can show the PL up, not once but twice, what can Man City do to them. I think the PL have finally admitted defeat and realised they can't sanction clubs based on current PSR rules.

The issue I have is that Alves has been on the subs bench the last few PL games, yet wasn't against championship opposition. 5-2 up after 60 odd mins, it would've been great for him to play 30mins in a dominant team.

With the goals he's scored at Arsenal and today, he looks a very good finisher. Move Okoli to RB, JJ as our RW, Facundo as our CAM and Bilal as our LW.

Well he did run the ball out just like Schlupp. With Abdul injured, you would've hoped Mavs stood up and took some of our attacking responsibilities, but he's done the opposite. Gone into his shell and rarely comes out.

The next 18 months is going to be a really transformative period for the club, with 13 players out of contract, costing 700k/week in wages. Let's hope Rudkin doesn't fuch this up.

I think 36 points would see us safe, that means we need 22 from 19 games, including 2 home games against Southampton and Ipswich. Win those and its 16pts from 17 games. It's more them doable, but we need existing players like Mavs and Daka to step up, as well as getting a decent RB.

Today is the blueprint in how we need to play. I think Ruud didn't pick Bilal and Facundo together because he believed they were too similar, but today proved when they do play together, our possession and attacking play is much better. The knock effect being we also don't concede so many shots against us.

He put more dangerous crosses in the box in 10mins, then JJ has done all season. Agreed we need a new RB, but Hamza has atleast shown there may be an alternative to JJ.

Played the 4×back to back champions off the park for large parts of the 2nd half. I think we can take positives from that despite the result.
