  1. GTX 1080 is a graphics card that would more than handle all of those games and has come down in price since they have released their new graphics card. I took a real gamble with my computer and bought it from Gumtree just over one year ago. Luckily, the seller was local to me and was a computer technician therefore it has been put together well with good components. I wouldn't have a clue where to start with building one of my own. For around £750 it included the following; NVIDIA GTX 1080 Graphics card. 16GB Hyper X DDR4 Ram (since upgraded to 32gb ram). Intel i5-6400 CPU. Runs all games at highest settings though I would want to upgrade to a better CPU but don't have the money to spend on it!
  2. Probably not but if my stats source is correct then, In 3525' minutes of football, he has scored 2 goals. (2018 / 2019) If that's true, I have a lot of confidence in his grandmother. (I don't have a lot of confidence in the stats website)
  3. Yeh, to be fair, we may as well just keep him until he is 80 just because he's been loyal. Truth is he is no where near good enough for this team now, won't feature, but will still take home God knows how much each week. I don't question Kings loyalty to the club but football is a business and it was time for him to move on 2 years ago.
  4. I can see the argument from both sides but I guess it comes down to different things excite different people at football matches. Some people like to sit down, with their clapper, and pink hat, and have a nice family day out. Others like to stand up throughout, and feel the concourse rocking under their feet with the smell of booze and old spice and the distant smell of cigarette smoke from some ruffian who's secretly sparked up a fag. Right now? I love being in a rowdy away end with goose bumps from the atmosphere. When I have kids? I'll likely be sat there with my clapper and pink hat, as far away from what I currently love as possible. It's each to their own but I do get the impression we will be the laughing stock with these hats, just like we are to a degree with the clappers and total inability to use hands that most of us were gifted with at birth.
  5. Fair point. I am starting to wonder if Slimani would be of more use than Iheanacho?
  6. Got hold of a reasonably priced frame from Wilko's, and the plaque from eBay, and put together this framed programme from the trophy presentation match. Altogether cost just under £20! If I am never allowed to put it up on the wall, at least it keeps the programme safe!

Glad everything has worked out well. Congratulations.
  8. To be fair, I wouldn't really want to sell Chilwell at any price given his ability, which will only increase. If Chilwell did become interested, and it began to cause unrest between him and the club meaning that offloading would be the easiest option for all involved, it's got to be 90M + given the going rates. With all the above in mind, I don't see this as being a genuine reliable interest anyway. I think someone like Man Utd, Liverpool or Man City are much more likely to turn Chilwell's head should they ever come calling. Thanks but no thanks Chelsea.
  9. One Adult ticket would be absolutely amazing for this if there is one going? Bottle of Wine / Beer + payment.
  10. I agree that our striker situation is not very strong in terms of depth - If Vardy was to get injured, I would be very worried. I was very excited about both Slimani and Iheanacho but unfortunately both have disappointed. Both Sturridge and Llorente are free agents but I am unsure if they would be good additions in comparison to Slimani and Iheanacho or if we would be settling just because they are free agents. My real hope is that we can find another gem like we did Mahrez. I don't think the quality of Vardy has decreased, I just think we need to play football which is directed to his strengths as he is the one that will get us the lions share of goals - Isolating him upfront renders him almost useless.
  11. I really don't know where to start with your reply. To begin with, My comment was that of opinion, I am unsure as to why you have had to word a very argumentative, some what immature, reply. But, as you are clearly a pedantic individual, let me have a go at that too.. (1) Evengalist - * Actually spelt Evangelist should you wish to use it again * - A person who seeks to convert others to the Christian faith - Not sure of the relevance. (2) True Supporter - You and I both, but I am not getting into a game of Supporter Top Trumps. (3) Overall Grammar / Spelling - Atrocious. I don't claim to be a tactical genius, nor a superior supporter, just sharing my thoughts which are that we will be very vulnerable aerially.
  12. I like your confidence but personally I can see us conceding a lot of goals from corner / free kicks and scoring very few unless a worldie from JM.
  13. King, James, Silva, Gray, Slimani, Iheanacho, Ghezzal & Diabate. All stealing a wage from the club and not fit for purpose in the Premier League. I wouldn't mind seeing them all leave, use some of the wages to get Sturridge who is available on a free. Sturridge can't be any worse than Slimani or Iheanacho... Maybe even Llorente, also a free agent.
  14. This will be an extremely tough fixture and I really can't see us coming away with anything. When you look at the score line against Man Utd it's easy to get excited however having watched the match, it certainly wasn't the match the score line resembled. Man Utd just happened to take advantage of every Chelsea mistake, something we won't do as we do not have the attacking quality. Man Utd have the strength in Midfield and defence to still commit to an attacking style of play. I fear we will go with Vardy as a lone striker and he won't get a sniff. Will likely be 90 minutes of passing the ball around to no effect. Chelsea have some very very good players, the likes of Pulisic, Pedro and Kovacic.... Mount and Abraham looked threatening and Kante is set to return and dominate their midfield. Vardy needs to put as much pressure on Zouma as possible - he's a liability.
  15. I'd probably start with re reading my post so that your cock sure response is actually accurate.. 1) My post doesn't mention Chilwell, but, seeing as you have mentioned it, he was caught out of position a number of times. 2) Beating Wolves, at home, is a fair ask. Yes they had a good previous season but I believe we'll be challenging for a similar league position and when we play to our best, they are no better than us. My comment was also that we need to be beating them to challenge, not beating them to get into Europa league. 3) Er yes, before VAR that goal would have stood. Just like it would if it was scored yesterday in the Championship. 4) OK, fair point, we would have scored a goal. On that principle, we would have lost 4-1. 5) That's what Pre Season is for, it was not particularly about match sharpness. Whilst a contributory factor, negative tactics and negative possession was to blame. 6) I suppose one person's expectations are different to another's. My expectations are that we should be challenging for 7th and believe we are good enough to achieve it. I don't see the need to jump on my comment trying to be the forum comedian with your ultimate goal probably being to a mass likes from your associates. My comment was based on opinion, a safe place to share them. It doesn't mean I'm at games booing. If anything, my post shows I have high expectations and belief in our players. Next time you want to write a cocky response to please your loyal following - read the original post properly - saves you looking so silly.
  16. Yeh, he seems to do about 48 embarrassingly bad free kicks and then redeems himself by scoring a worldie. I'd sacrifice his 2 worldie's a season for someone who can kick a ball consistently thus leading to more goals... Hopefully...
  17. Whilst I appreciate it's one game, it's a home game against a team we should be beating should we have any ambition of finishing in a Europa league spot which is most people's semi realistic hope. If it wasn't for VAR, we would already be 3 Points behind one of our biggest competitors. I think the truth of it is, whilst yes it is the first game, if we continue playing the way we did yesterday, we will be looking mid table at best. You have to bare in mind that last seasons Wolves would likely have taken every one of the chances they missed yesterday.
  18. But on a serious note, who do you want?
  19. That comment on Social Media was very daft. I certainly didn't see a lack of effort from Chilwell, just a very bad game - something every player has from time to time. Sure he'll bounce back next week.
  20. Indeed I did, my essay is a bit wasted now isn't it?
  21. Whilst Soyuncu was brilliant, I think he's a player that will always make my arse twitch. A bit like Kasper - We know he's brilliant but I get a turtle head every time he goes to use his feet. Soyuncu reminds me of the kid at school who really doesn't even like football and has two left feet and a bocky eye - yet is absolutely impossible to get around and is an absolute rock.
  22. Whilst I appreciate that, my guess would be that them stats are based on goals which come directly from a corner such as VVD'S for Liverpool on Friday night. Admittedly, direct headers and volleys scored from corners are not common place but it is certainly not uncommon to see goals that are scored as a result of goal mouth scrambles, or headers across goal to a team mate or even headers where attack is sustained by another cross into the box. Those are the goals that are only scored when attacks are kept alive through aerial ability - Not just direct headers. The flip side is, having no aerial ability, and instead of attacks being kept alive - The goalkeeper calmly catches it every time or the defender clears it resulting in a counter attack. I believe that is what @An Sionnach was referring to as well. Your stats are specific to goals directly from corners. What about the ones where X challenges the goalkeeper and it results in a goal mouth scramble and goal. Or when X challenges for a header, preventing the defender from clearing it cleanly and then the attack is sustained either by a shot from outside the box or a secondary cross.. Those type of goals are common place in the Premier League however our corners always seem to result in the GK catching or the defender easily heading it to safety. I don't mean my post in an argumentative way, just as another food for thought. Your point is probably more valid than mine with it being stats based - mine is just my opinion to which some may or may not agree with.
