It all depends on whether the player would be willing to accept a drop in wages in order to move on and try to re-ignite their careers. It's probably more palatable for those like Ricardo, Coady, Winks, Soumare and Daka who have only one year remaining on their current contracts. But we might be stuck with Ndidi and Vestergaard for another year at least.

I have to admit, I did enjoy seeing that the WSL's biggest bullies got a taste of their own medicine.

I reckon he'd look like Cafu in the Championship, so probably worth keeping for next season. -

Not been seen since being hooked at HT when 0-3 down to Brentford. Looked completely out of his depth and nowhere near the required standard......but then hasn't everyone else too? And they keep getting picked. -
It's Always Sunny in Wrexham

A statement that sums up my attitude towards Wrexham and their owners. -
Watched the game back on YouTube. Same frustrations. Basic, simple passes are still an ordeal that leave you with your heart in your mouth. Our wingers have only one tactic for beating the opposition's full-backs, which is to run straight into them in the hope they're somehow made of air. And the less said about our general lack of composure in front of goal the better.

Maybe it means they've been "locked in" the Molineux broom cupboard. -

The players know what they have to do then... ...actually getting into their penalty area might be an issue though. -
Aside from the fact that I think what Eubank is having to do in terms of his weight is downright dangerous, I just don't see what's in it for either of them tbh (well obviously there is the cash, in which Eubank has already lost nearly £500k in fines with possibly more to come). If Eubank wins people will say he was too big and too experienced for Benn anyway. If Benn wins people will say it was only because Eubank was emaciated.

It's not just that. Muzzy and Lenny were simply much better players. Savage ran about a lot (of course you need players like that) but there wasn't much else to his game. Guppy is another player who I think could and probably should have won it instead of Savage.

This whole thing is grotesque. No wonder Eubank Snr wants nothing to do with it.

No Muzzy. No Lennon. But Sav wins it twice. Our fans are so knowledgeable.

It would feel like a token gesture whoever wins it. So why not Vardy? BEK should win Young POTS, but hasn't done enough to merit POTS imho. He has the same amount of goal contributions as Ayew, and that's with having played significantly more minutes too. He only has one more goal contribution than BDCR in almost 3x the minutes.
