Get this charlatan out of the club. There's zero in game management or responding to whatever the opposition is doing. After the equalised it was clear the momentum was with them but he did nothing tactically to turn the tide. All he does is like for like substitutions. He'll only change the shape and play two up top when there's 5 minutes left and we're chasing the game. Luke Thomas is so far off it and the unwillingness to play Aluko is negligence enough but even if he didn't want to play Aluko, just play a formation that doesn't need a left back. Anyone but him.
