12 days till we have a new manager and backroom staff

Ruud's been in the industry to know exactly what's going on and everyone is just playing the game and being professional waiting for the date to come. Meanwhile Ruud has used the opportunity to claim he doesn't know what's going on to make him look a bit less rubbish.

I'm not sure the club can do anything re a replacement as it would leave then open to being sued by Ruud if he found out they were working on replacing him while still a prem club. We would have plans but probably no contact or moves can be made till July

The thing is that the clubs hands are tied right now. It's most likely that if they act on a new manager in any way then Ruud can claim that he's pushed out and the club and sue us for a pay off at premier league rates. The club has to sit tight till July then we can bin him off at a lower rate. Ruud contract probably wasn't written in our favour.
