Agree with the comments above. It definitely was an issue that he had such a close connection to Forest fans. But like others have said, this is soon forgotten about if he does well. Id have loved for him to have done well and piss off their fans base. The nightmare scenario was him doing shit and them singing his name. What I want to know is why he was shocked? Is that another dig at the age old discussion about not realising it's a rivalry? I remember him (probably on instruction from Forest) calling it a "local game" in the build up when he was their manager. But knowing Cooper as we do, he will blame just about everything else other than himself. So the Forest rivalry will probably be what he uses to bookmark this period of his career not working out.

TALKSPORT coverage is so unbarebale at times. My fault for listening I know, but they've battered West Ham at half time and said how lucky they are. Then Durham tries to further wind up their fans by saying Bowen should leave to them and compares them to a dead body. Then they double down on it as second half starts and West Ham score a second 😂

Exactly this. Rodgers ended up a car crash but his reputation and stature was exactly what was needed to control Kasper, Morgan and Vardy. The dressing room felt like it had way too much control over who was manager. That video epitomises what's wrong with modern footballers.

It amazes me the way they laughably try and claim to be helping people with gambling. My skybet account only gives me rewards if I bet £30 in a single week and constantly updates me how close I am to getting that reward after each bet. When a similar story was aired on Talksport they spent 10 minutes saying how tragic it was that gambling caused a suicide, they went to an ad break and paddy power come straight on! They could all do so much more but they don't. Money always wins in the end. Our club have shown their true colours yet again with choice of sponsor. The biggest winner gets the sponsorship and they don't give a shit about the ethical side of it.

It's actually a disgrace this. FBS was exactly the same in how low budget and shit it looked. Absolutely no consideration whatsoever for how bad it looks having such a shit company attached to our club. There's no way that any competent club goes for these kind of sponsors over reputable household names who probably offer a bit less in return. You don't just go for the highest bidder no matter what. The amounts we are talking too are not worth the risk. The best case scenario is the club are doing something even more dodgy to maximise profits. What a time to be a Leicester City fan.
