Marti Cifuentes appointed new manager
Paninistickers replied to Tuna's topic in Leicester City Forum
The manager needs a clear message from the fans. As the Board will give him no such message. If the younger, newer fresher players are WORSE than the old guard, we'll still back them and back him for cutting out the cancers. -
Forget Rudkin. I think the punters single out Rudkin through some kind of fear of upsetting our great, noble dear kind leader Tbh, Top disgusts me. I find vile his style, his need for sycophants, his aura, his general vibe, his philosophy. An utterly repellent individual. I have come to terms he will take this club down to annihilation

He doesn't care. He's the billionaire equivalent of those hoarders and hermits who live in a house with cat, dog and Human excrement rather than tidy up
-
100% this. It's scorched earth policy with him. He will destroy the clubs, the business, the money rather than admit he's wrong.
-
Love this. He's got some balls at least. I think what pisses lots off on here is that, he's actually one of our best players. Capable of fcking up, sure. Capable of a swagger that can look aloof, sure. Suspect at PL and International level, sure. But people double down rather than accept as a championship centre half he's miles ahead of the curve. (As he should be) .

That's a good one! Kudos!

Amusing comment but actually true too. Take out the kids such as Monga and Page you're left with just 3 plus Begovic, are happy ish here, Abdul, Jakub, McAteer (and some of those three I'm pushing the limit... Then maybe 8 who are ambivalent (Choudhury, Nelson, JJ,and Ricky, Thomas, Ayew, Stephy Okoli) Souttar, Vesty, Faes, Soumare, Winks, VK, Coulibaly, Skipp, Daka,.Okoli for a variety of reasons absolutely despise us.

Mentioned the other day about how much I liked Cox. Trev today, what an enjoyable player he is for us too. Basically, we have loads of really tough, really likeable experienced players. Van Beek, Holland, Handscomb... -
The other thing I've not heard mentioned is that she's a serial killer. I'd be interested to hear a profiler's thoughts on serial killers who use a different MO for each death. The layman's impression is that they tend to stick to the tried and tested method. Letby - according to tonight's panorama - is accused of murder by insulin poisoning. Murder by air embolism in stomach. Another embolism via blood. Overfeeding. Removal of breathing tube. Trauma.

For me, kibworth (or any rural out ground) in the summer sun, one day match, is English cricket perfection. Surely it'll be a sell out. Pity Oakham school isn't still used. Another great day out. -
Based on nothing more than a hunch, I have a sneaky suspicion she may have sabotaged her own defence and vetoed all sorts of angles, rebuttals and positions her defence suggested. I've heard of cases before where a client has offered no defence. Quite what the difference is to pleading guilty, I'm not sure. Either way, as you say, the prosecution's case was not challenged nor tested. For a case of this magnitude, it's not really good enough
-
Totally agree. Helluva alot of people create an image of somebody they simply don't know. Pop psychiatriaty, but maybe pinning stuff in him due to their own frustrations Tbh, I've never ever heard the guy speak,.let alone speak ill of anything or anyone
-
Mate, there's loads of facets to his game that are decent. He's a decent 15m defender. He's won us games on his own. And he's, lost us games too. Such is the life of a defender. He's played under pretty dire circumstances. And gets all the frustration and stick heaped on his shoulders. His hair, his laconic style, his gaffes contributing to that.. Under Rodgers who'd checked out and in front of the worst goalkeeper the PL has ever seen. Nobody could prosper He then turned out to be just about the best defender in the championship - about par for his credentials. And then was in and out of two car crashes of management last season. Nobody could thrive in that chaos.
-
I like him. Always have. Can't blame him for dishing it out. Anyone normal would've done same
-
Part of management at any workplace is to get a disgruntled employee back on side. Things can change and fast if he's here after the window and he's given a role he relishes
-
JJ and Ricky should be selected at LB ahead of him Hamza RB
-
Correct. He has to play as a false nine if anything, meaning Stephy and Abdul needs to stay very high and run on beyond But too often, we give it to the wingers too deep as an easy outball
-
Very very poor isn't he.
-
It was subtle when asked about a good start to the seasons it's words along the lines of 'well, lots can change let's just see' Just watched his reaction when we equalised too. None.
-
He did, and from his post match comments, I read it that he wants out. I think the fact he didn't start indicates he's likely to be off too
-
Manager having to learn - again - what we as fans already know about players. Too many are too safe, too slow, not fit enough, not fast enough and wait for someone else to help them out rather than force the issue. Only Okoli of the defence and midfield came out of the half unscathed for me, who at least showed he's just too fast for the opposition.
