You'd think nowadays you'd get grapefruit vape being puffed out .... Do you reckon they drag it out though? Must be nice having a few days chilling, nothing to do but natter, eat Bolognese and quaff red wine

Been a great few weeks. my lil portfolio of funds are at a collective value high. Any losses recovered and well into gain now. My two most fiery, an Adventurous fund is 12% up (from.7% down) and my worst performing tech fund is 2.5% up from 11% down.

Who can blame them? If I wanted to move me wife and kids to USA and all I needed was some bum US college course to get in, it'd be crazy not to. Edit; it's not just Indians. Plenty of African families living in student accommodation in and around de mint uni

😂😂😂.....since when has deliveroo been highly skilled? And I think a quarter of a million a year piling in on student visas since brexit hardly constitutes 'a few'

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Paninistickers replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I have wondered whether the cucks prepared to give the Dutchman a chance to oversee a rebuild, would've been quite so forgiving had these results / team selections / tactics (and celebrations with opposition) been overseen by the less physically stylish Puel or Cooper? -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

What's the valid excuse for playing Wilf and Soumare and the same formation for 18 consecutive defeats? Or the excuse for playing BdcR? Or to suddenly decide Coady is up to it when previous two managers thought him garbage? Or not bothering to do any research on Ward? Or alienating Buonanotte,.Okoli, Mavididi, Skipp on footballing reasons plus Winks and Vestergaard for non football reasons? Or celebrating with opposition players after every defeat and Ignoring City supporters? As useless as Top, Whelan and Rudkin are, none of the examples above are down to them. It's all the Dutchman. -
I have done an Uber back home from ema, a bargain 30 quid, but at 1am, I ain't so sure. It's more or less reliant on someone being dropped off there for a driver to accept the fare. Maybe do a dummy booking one night and see what comes up? As others have said, just get the bus. 3 quid ffs. It's an hour's journey but for 3 quid, no complaints at all.

Leicestershire County Cricket Club

Lords in a couple of weeks. I'll nip down if the weather's good -
I've been one of those that's never rated him,.from day 1. Even in that debut spurs game. Couple of times in the next two years I've thought,.hang on, he's tidy. Until his nadir in that horrific Blackburn FA Cup match. He didn't look professional standard. I mean this in a nice way though, he's been such a dull player these last few weeks. Competent, reliable, safe, dependable. His lack of pace will always hinder him for a top level career, but I've been very pleasantly surprised by his performances recently.

I despise them, but the footballing intelligence of their crowd compared to our elderly, obese, low IQ, chromosome deficient, KP, fox leisure away support is incomparable. They will rip us to shreds, on and off the pitch

Respect is one thing, but deference is something else. It's not a football club they (try to) run. It's a cult

Europa Conference League 2023/24
Paninistickers replied to StanSP's topic in General Football and Sport
It's a shame as Uefa had really nailed the old format for me. I know the 'relegations' were criticised ....but it injected spice into the EL and conference -
We could say this for quite a few of our players. I'd be curious to see what VK looks like in a good team under good management. The travesty of this season, under both Cooper and the Dutchman, is Skipp, Winks, Wilf, Hamza and Soumare. Not one of them can successfully play in a two. All of them need three at this level to cover each others' deficiencies. So what do we do? Play ****ing a two all season The two games we played a three we were half decent; Villa at home and Palace away.

Europa Conference League 2023/24
Paninistickers replied to StanSP's topic in General Football and Sport
@Super_horns and that ofc is a 'division' below the EL. Not saying it's like elite, but Roma had had to earn their trophy. It was a worthy European win. The conference league minnows had had their fun..The best of which ended up in the last 16 with eight EL level teams. It made for a fantastic mini tournament. -

Paninistickers replied to StanSP's topic in General Football and Sport
The removal of the relegations between tournaments has ****ed them. Our conference campaign at semi final stage was worthy of any EL, Uefa or Cup Winners Cup Spurs and Man U and Chelsea ought to be playing CL/EL level sides now to earn a trophy. Uefa were forced into the ch age and it's ****ed it up. CL this year was,.for me, a total bore -
Probably in the paradise of West Bridgford, as every single other footballer - from Hamza and Madders to Messi & Ronaldo - is.

Saints (H) Pre-match - The El Shatico
Paninistickers replied to iancognito's topic in Leicester City Forum
We'll lose. The only question is which. Saints player the Dutchman will celebrate with at the end . I'm guessing nobody as he'll deem them unworthy of his presence. Back to form at Forest though, where he'll be running like David Pleat straight for Gibbs White. tkRHDM.mp4 -
Saints (H) Pre-match - The El Shatico
Paninistickers replied to iancognito's topic in Leicester City Forum
I know there are a million things wrong with most of our players, but I genuinely don't buy into the 'not trying' line. They are sent out, every single week since Newcastle away onwards, to their footballing deaths. Wrong personnel selected (five or six our better players left out, every week, in favour of five or six of our worst) , rudimentary standardised formation that never changes and a manager who openly celebrates each defeat with the opposition players.. It must be as totally and utterly demoralising for the players as it is for us. -

The epitome of a white elephant. But brought us a world championship.. Wish councils would still spunk money on obscure, harebrained schemes though. -

Fair point. That's clearly a wrong stereotype. I'm neither. But can see why you think it. The happy clappers are a barrier to success tho. They don't really give a shit what the results are, what division we are in, the financial mismanagement by the clubs executive or watching garbage like Ward, Coady and BdcR embarrass the shirt. They lack football nous and tbh, are a complete pain in the arse.- 156 replies
