Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

So many on here still fooled by the cashmere and keen give the guy a free pass. He's dreadful. Woeful. And he's that bad because our DoF and Owner don't know how to appoint a manager. Doesn't not make him dreadful tho. -
Good question, and I think the answer is yes. KP has always had a plan. From day 1. Unfortunately, that plan is all to do with shuffling finance. Absolutely nothing to do with football. Never was. We're a front.
-
With the ink still wet on Rudkin's Xerox fax machines, we just cash in 90% of the value with Macquarie anyway. It's what KP do. Wait 6 months for our 30m TV payment? Or mmmhhh, yeah, cashy cash cash today, yum yum ,.slurp slurp for 25m?
-
Oh, that's guaranteed. Not only 20m pure profit in transfer revenues spunked ....but we also fork out collectively around 8m in wages for the time period after rejecting the transfers til end of contracts. Bravo Jon!

They aren't remotely bothered by anything as business transactional which might be a good deal. Whelan's only priority is to have socials of pensioners with advanced dementia cheerfully eating sausage rolls at away games. The safety guy wants only that the fans eat coconuts three hours before KO all waving their COVID jab certification as if they waving hankies at the opera Rudkin only wishes to examine the breeding horse cum at the KP stables Top has that demigod main character feeling as the great unwashed bow and pray to him in the streets of Holland

City of Leicester & Leicestershire - The Good and Historical Stuff
Paninistickers replied to davieG's topic in General Chat
Just read that Manchester is getting its first lido.. This has been my mantra for decades. The one single issue which would make me vote for anyone. BUILD LIDOS. A marvellously financially unviable beast (like the arts) that's exactly the sort of life affirming thing that local authorities should support. -

But what's the point of technical ability if he never touches the ball? And is too slow to beat centre halves 15 years his junior in a foot race to even get there? -

But he isn't. No matter that he's out greatest, he isn't any more. Two seasons ago he was phased out. Last season he wasn't out and out first choice, in a division lower. It's over. I'm gonna assume you won't believe and just put this down to an opinion thing. But check out two things from yesterday if you can bear to watch. It was left to Bilal alone to chase the centre halves. And his position is three years behind Vards. Vards didn't and couldn't assist the press. Secondly,.look at the motd highlights of their lad - Beto? - closing us down. Vards can't do that. When you are at the bottom,.you can't afford to play 10 men plus a bonus, joker, luxury player. All 10 outfield players have to really dig in and do the miles. -
The whole culture of the club, at every level, every department, is based on this strange messianic, benevolent, our dear leader complex. Including an easy 45% of our support. You can imagine the reverential hush that follows this guy 24/7, a gaggle of staff laughing at his jokes and nodding along to his musings

Because he was appointed on his name & fame only. Not on ability or qualification. So I won't use his name. -

Tbh, I find these apologists in here who meekly support the Dutchman's weirdo decisions worse than the buffoon himself. Every week the meek, yes men apologists trot out; 'Oh but Ayew's stats are better then Buonnotte' 'Buonnotte gave the ball away v Fulham' 'Ayew helps the full back' 'BdcR had two 'assists' v Spurs' 'You can't play two flair players' Okoli is homesick , Stephy is lazy blah blah I don't care what the fcking stats say. Buonnotte, Stephy Okoli Daka and, yes, even Skipp would improve the starting xi from the garbage we have to watch -

Rudkin doesn't think anything about managers. It's all complete guesswork. -

Yeah, but it's self inflicted. We are Ricky, Wilf, Abdul, Stephy and KDH short of last season. We needed all that AND two improvements. We had enough of a basis to make staying up relatively realistic. We've blown it. Like last time playing 26 games minus a goalkeeper. This time we have regularly played players - Vards, JJ, Coady, BdcR, Ayew, McAteer - who wouldn't (and didn't) automatically make the championship starting xi last season. -

MON was a professional who'd managed for years. He KNEW what to do. The Dutchman has done one season and effectively bought a uefa licence. He's a blagger -

Even the commentary remarked how we'd improved with Stephy coming on. It's all so painfully obvious -

The mind boggles how at HT when 3-0 you can think, ya know, I'll stick with the same xi and same tactics for the second half. Just yet another example of the hundreds already piled up of this guy being way out of his depth. -
Had an absolute shocker today. Hung out to dry by the usual tactics though.

I remember Martin O'Neil coming over to apologise to fans away at Leeds. Words along the lines of, 'tell everyone, you'll never see a performance like that again under me' That's how you approach fans after a defeat- 199 replies

Takes five mins every time he has to mention a comment to his boss sat next to him ..... 'Your-royal- worshipfulness-forever-in-our-heart patron-saint-of-thai-tiktok-Kuhn- benevolent-oh-palm-Sunday-thee ...it's a corner to them, sir'

The shit he gets from fans yet never goes hiding. I like him. On another note, I like VK. That guy busts a gut, every week. They get little feedback from fans, who react like a weather vane to results.- 199 replies

They are, but we are shooting ourselves in the foot. Just like last time when we opted not to play a GK for 26 games.. Footballing suicide. TWICE. Suicide twice takes some doing. There are managers who'd get a tune out of 13 or so players we have. Someone like Dyche or Moyes give poorer players specifics and take the pressure off a bit. Just for example, get Daka running, say, 13km a game. With x amount of sprints off the last man. And x amount of channel runs. That's it. They go out and run themselves senseless for that specific cause. It ain't that hard. -

Who's the clown who mocked my pre match comments to drop BdcR pre match? On the basis he got two 'assists' (one of which a basic five yard pass 50 years out) last week? Reveal yourself! I have no doubts Bobby's a nice lad. But he's weak and slow and a total passenger. Unfathomable he was selected let alone play 74 mins -

But it's not though. A good manager would know that Vards, BdcR are essentially playing with nine men. Regardless of last week.
