Big companies and public sector tend to do it as they want people to do (largely) crap jobs, as much work under poor conditions for as little money as is possible. It's a practice that should be banned, I don't care if it gives leverage for others to be paid properly for the jobs they do, I'm actually sick of big companies taking the piss out of workers who do the work, and paying useless managers and consultants over the odds, it's common place in this country and it's exactly why our productivity and waste is so bad.

I think the frustrating thing is when we play some attacking football we actually look quite decent, its just this clueless ditheration that I cant accept and excluding the more creative players. Unbelievable really that people try to make a case for this absolute clown. He's a failure end of. A decent Premier League club's somehow managed to let it's football operations get so bad it went from top 10 to relegation in one season. That is a failure.
