Well I know you're most probably taking the p*ss and I didn't know he'd gone off on holiday before posting this topic by the way. If he has took a holiday because his contract allows him or entitlement and he's then on top of that posting it openly on socials then it tells me two things: - He's not aware that this will come across bad -the club are not aware this will come across bad. Both sums up either way.

He needs to turn on the players and become a massive bad cop IMO. Managers have protected these players for years now and look where it's got us! They need a taste of reality and to be called out after each poor performance, lack of effort and individual mistake. Could have an even worse effect? Maybe.
