Was reading an article on BBC Football last night talking about a £50m investment in Wrexham, and how apparently the club is valued at c. £300m. The world's gone mad if anyone in their right mind thinks that valuation correctly reflects their potential and position in the pyramid. I get the marketing pull with their ownership who are doing an incredible job to build up the hype around the club and increase revenue, along with the fact that currently they have a lot of PSR headroom which if they continued on a linear trajectory would help them enormously. However, it just feels like the hype bubble could burst at any moment, especially if they stall, miss the the playoffs then end up having a few years in the Championship around midtable flirting with the playoffs. Suddenly their wage bill will start to catch up with them, as the previous year's drop off the PSR calculations and the outlook will be a very different one to that of today.

Not defending the bloke in anyway whatsoever, and the sooner we see the back of him the better, however Percy or the editor have been rather naughty by paraphrasing ‘Jon is seen like a bad cop, but we won Premier League because of him'. Top did not actually say that. The actual quote was “Jon is [seen as] like a bad cop. When we won the Premier League, it was because of Jon too, but nobody talks about that anymore. We are trying to find a black spot in a white sheet all the time, which is normal, I do the same... ". There's clearly an inference that Rudkin played a part, but there's a huge difference between him having contributed, to 'we won it because of him'. Again not trying to defend either Rudkin or Top as the interviews conducted are an absolute car crash and raise serious questions about the running of the club in the recent past and the future, but I do think it's only fair that we deal in fact and not misquoted statements from a Forest fan who has his own agenda.

Has to go. That performance yesterday was 100% on him. Disorganised, disinterested, and demotivated. If Top watched that and somehow hasn't got the balls to pull the trigger then relegation is nailed on. For context my best mate who's an Arsenal fan was sat in the away end with his brother-in-law who is an Oxford fan. He messaged me when that second went in saying 'Wow... Aren't these bottom of the league (ignoring Sheff Weds for obvious reasons)'. Summed it up perfectly for me.

Leaning towards not going. Not sure I can be arsed to drive all the way there and watch MC do his best to lose us the game. Feel bad for not going, but I've just lost all enthusiasm for it and when I consider the trade-off of valuable time away from the family then I'd rather spend the time with them.
-
To be fair to him, when he said he'd grown up watching Barcelona and that had influenced his coaching style, he never actually said the football team. We all assumed he meant the football but clearly he was referring to basketball.

How many more times is going to come out with "I think we need to look at ourselves"? Been saying it every game since game week 1. He sounds like a broken record.

Horrendous performance. Anyone at the club watching that thinking that was acceptable needs to go with Marti. He's making us look like a bunch of League Two journeymen. Let's get it right, these lot would struggle in the PL but make no mistake we have more than enough to be towards the top end of this truly dreadful league (in terms of quality). The impact MC is having on these players is unbelievable. The level of regression is unlike anything I've ever seen.

Best striker at the club. Lads I think we've found our new No. 9 😂
-
Love Ricky P, absolute legend, but it pains me to say he's way past his best now.
-
Marti's gone full on BR mode with that line-up. If ever there was a team selection that shouts out "Sack me", that is it!
-
I'm worried about the impact he's having on the players development particularly given we have some exceptional talent coming through. That break late in the game yesterday when Fatawu shot when there were several team mates in better positions reaffirmed my concerns. More worryingly was MCs reaction. Any decent manager subs him off straight away and explains why he has been pulled and reminds him it's a team game. He's an exceptional talent capable of the occasional moment of genius, but as a player he needs to understand he can't do it all alone. The drop in Mavididi's level is astonishing. Whilst I appreciate he's not a young lad he should easily be one of the best players in the league, yet looks like a pub player. Monga looks like a shadow of the player that burst onto the scene. Despite his age he should be excelling at this level if he is to go on to become the talent we all believe he can be. Nelson for me should be flying but whilst an improvement on others in the position he's been pretty average since coming in. Likewise Jakub. With all the other youngsters coming through I simply don't trust Marti to aid these players with their development. That's a real problem for us where we are as a club right now, because not only will that mean we're unlikely to make a quick return to the PL, but the full value potential of these players is unlikely to be fulfilled meaning we'll struggle to sell our way out the financial predicament we face. Sadly I'm afraid he's not what we need given the current circumstances and the club need to bite the bullet and move him on.

No, they also have a player called Soumare. No doubt his far superior twin.

It's ridiculous isn't it. The whole point when Sky were told they needed to share broadcasting rights was that the increased competition would be good for consumers. Instead we've been completely shafted with fragmented broadcasting and multiple subscriptions. I wouldn't mind so much if the price of Sky Sports had decreased and TNT actually had more than a handful of games, but I refuse to pay £70+ per month to watch less content that subscribers abroad.

Aaron Ramsey joins on loan - Official

Surely he's back at Burnley for rehab. To the best of my knowledge the parent club normally likes to take responsibility of the players recovery. I'd imagine this is an insurance requirement too as they'll likely want Burnley to have a paper trail of his treatment in case any such injury leads to him having to retire. -
2 goals from 3 shots on target at home 🤯
-
Well we can but dream right?!? 😂
-
Just knew a worldie would somehow keep this fraud in his job. Absolutely disgusting performance, fully deserved to lose that. If Rudkin has anything about him, he'll have Marti in his office straight after the game and hand him his P45.
-
3 on 1 and we still can't score
-
This is genuinely one of, if not the worst performance I have seen from a Leicester side in 37 years of supporting the club. Absolutely disgusting performance. Feels like we're playing with 9 men. No disrespect to WBA but you can see why they have such an abysmal away record yet we've somehow made them look like prime Barcelona. Edit - Abdul hang your head in shame my son!
-
Wonder if the usual crowd departed on 80 mins to avoid the traffic
-
Can't believe the shape of the team. Genuinely feels as if they've randomly plucked 11 blokes out of the crowd. We're all over the shop. What the hell does Marti do with the team down at Seagrave, sit them in front of a TV watching Mean Machine on repeat?!? Bloke is clueless. If he survives tonight, I'm convinced Top is a secret Forest fan.
-
Completely agree, Marti's absolutely ruining one of the best young talents in the country. Contrast his recent performances against some of his cameos last season in the PL and he's dropped off a cliff against much lesser opposition. Disgusting man management.

Have Sky put Ric on stats duty tonight

To be fair they're probably starving given the situation with their food vouchers 😂
