Had sympathy initially - and it's not his fault this is the squad. And that should give him a bit of leeway but he has shown nothing. Playing Ward against Wolves - a mistake and it was a tough choice, but was huge He has proven himself to awful at getting best out of forward players, choosing the wrong balance almost every time Continuing to play Vardy for 90 minutes every game Soumare being guaranteed a start Messing with the centre backs Playing two left backs And on top of that has shown no evidence of motivating players, shows very little emotion or anger (which I know doesn't always mean good, but I think this squad needs it)

I wish you could give his technical ability to Ndidi.
